I remember when I was a kid I tried to sneak a choc ice from the freezer but just as I was doing so, my parents came through the front door and in a panic I exited through the back door into the pissing rain, grabbing and putting on the only pair of shoes available which happened to be my mums high heeled shoes which resulted in me hobbling along the path near my house where I happened to bump into my nextdoor neighbour who was walking his dog at the time. He already thought I was a bit of a knob as he had previously caught me watching porn on his PC when he was kind enough to let me use it to order band merch online. The feeling I experienced that day is the same feeling of utter mental chaos I got from watching this video. Merry Christmoyles, everyone!

Electricity has gotten more expensive. But LED Christmas lights and fairy lights are cheaper to run than the old ones… but they’re also more expensive to buy and not necessarily more durable unless one buys the best quality. I don’t really know what to expect!

Energy price hike hit Santa hard this year, I guess. Running a door to door racket to help pay his elves wages? Only last week when Santa was driving our bus into town too. Sunday was a snowy night indeed. I'd say it's just what we needed, but given that a lot of people are being subjected to terrorist attacks by bloated and slothenly energy-providers (just slash the executive budgets!), I imagine the snow brings more existential dread than joy. As for that spirally tree-thing at 19:35, it looks more like a special effect from a sci-fi movie. The kind where people get sucked up into the sky for an impromptu proctology session.

I have a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Contemporary Fine Art Practice and I would say there are elements of psychogeography in this video. V. good, 7/10. I actually like it more than the Halloween suburban exploration and I liked that quite a lot (6/10). This certainly is the most wonderful time of year. Let's hope it's a good one without any tears.
