Love this brilliant haunting Demo and keep returning to it! 🙌 The Virus Patch is, I believe, Sinus 9 XM Amazing what you can do with those filters and effects. Massive soundscapes can be created.. Christophe Kemper is an absolute genius..

I think Chris is unequaled in hardware, like Urs Heckmann in software. . I'll never sell my Virus TI2 or stop using my U/He plugins.

I'm interested in virus snow. Do you do much programming via the actual unit or are you mostly using presets?

Hi, these are mostly presets, little bit modifyed maybe

For a bit easier access you can use midi keyboard to control filters, envelopes, etc general stuff. Most specialized would go thru synth. My setup has been 8knobs-flt cut1, res1, env amt1, osc1shape, osc2detune, sub vol, noise vol, osc balance 8faders-4filter adsr,4amp adsr. Gives somewhat basic sound controls with init patches, to further hone on the synth.

If you had 9 faders and knobs i would use extra one knob for osc1 pw, and fader for lfo1 rate. Thats been ideal for me. Though now im using viper soft synth, but with these controls aswell

Great Video. I just bought mine 3 days ago. i love it! May I ask a question though? : Is there a way to stop the BPM/LFO light from flashing? It looks like you succeed with this !? Thank you!
@spacetechno5 жыл бұрын
Thanks, what do you mean?) I did nothing special but sending midi from digi to ti:D

SP∆CE , thank you for the replay. My Virus Snow have this light belonging BPM/LFO (up to the left of the display) flashing all the time and I would like to be able to turn it off, if possible. Watching your video give me the impression that your light is not flashing and I assumed that you may know how to turn it off. But it is possible that I am mistaking.... Sorry. I do enjoy your video!

Debating myself into wether getting a Virus TI2 or a Digitone... from these 2 tools which one you consider the most essential? thanks

What else do you have? I think the new one must always complement your setup or build something new) virus, if you plan live-setup, needs the sequencer, dt has already one (even 4+4 midi)
@Estica-Live6 жыл бұрын
digitone is just a 8pFM w cool sequencer; virus is THE "synth. they should work great together since digitone have 4 midi tracks and TI snow can load max 4 sounds.
