I'm confused here. Won't digoxin cause HYPERkalemia ?? Instead of hypokalemia ?? (BTW love your videos, they're always on point ❤)

It does cause hyperkalemia, since it's primary mechanism of action involves blocking of Na K pump, K can't enter the cell, therefore causing hyperkalemia. It does not cause hyperkalemia. If the patient is hypokalemic, the action of digoxin gets easier, therefore can cause digoxin toxicity. Hypokalemia triggers digoxin toxicity.
