I know there is a mode with FS disabled, but full sending should be removed from the game. It is really based on luck whoever has the border who just full sends and snowballs the game.

Eh i dont think so. Full sending is the only thing that gives the non aggression pacts any value. Plus in non full send games it generally just becomes who can snowball faster from the start lol.
