Thankyou so very much Jugnoo for this detailed history of Dilip Kumar. I belong to Peshawar City and studied upto 6th class in GLM School Khudadad. During intervals on sveral ocassions we used to go to the nearby Qasab Gali in which old house of Dilip is located. It remained open 24/7 and people would freely walk into this house. Latter the then NWFP( now KP) Govt also declared it a national monument. Also in the same Mohalla KhudadDad ancestral house of Khan Abdul Qayyum Khan the then CM NWFP was located. He used to come, in a single white car, without any protocol to have lunch there. Almost at the time of school interval we used to call أدھی چھٹی

Glaring mistakes: * Saira Banu was not from U. P. She was born in Delhi as was her mother, Nasim Banu. ** Dilip Kumar never divorced Saira Banu but kept his marriage with Asma a secret and kept Asma in his own villa (he himself lived then in the villa of Saira Banu) as " a friend of his elder sister" till the reality dawned to the public. Then Yousuf sahb divorced Asma. *** Dilip kumar has not yet been given the highest Award: Bharat Ratan. May be now, he might be bestowed with this Honour posthumously.

She given job to Dilip Kumar 0:02 in mind that he well versed in Urdu.. There was no Urdu or j Hindi writters except Bengali. Very well narrated story of our great Dilip Sahab by Jugnu Mohsin till she muddled it up in the end with giving it a political tone. A modern Pakistani mind looks at India through a dark prism of ignorance, hate and a kind of repulsive attitude. India today in spite of all short comings and setbacks in Society is still a vibrant Society and the fifth Largest Economy and is on the march. Does she realize where Pakistan is today! Dalip Sahab was a great Indian and that is why he refused to get into the politics of those Muslims who wanted to break our society. It would do good for Jugnu Mohisan not to bring in politics in the story of a great Indian like Dilip Kumar. She must maintain dignity in writing about stories of others.

When Kishore Da married Madhubala, she was already diagnosed with a heart condition for which there was no cure then. She was already a depressed unhappy woman when Kishore Kumar married her. Marriage brought her the only happiness she knew at the time.

But it was short lived. The marriage was not accepted by kishore Das family and eventually left her, BUT he was the only person to be with her till her death that is kishore da,. Which makes him in my views the person with the greatest charector, though the marriage was broken but not the relation. All medical expenses etc were born by K Da. He was a legend as a human being. When Mohammed Rafi saheb died KDa was crying on his body as a child, rather orphaned. Being a greatest star and a human being is some thing. To help someone till the last breath is some thing else. These qualities makes legends. When they are live we don't know their worth, when they are not with us and as we know their great hidden qualities. We truly admire and miss them.
