Boiled potatoes
Soaked and boiled Chickpea and green moong
Green chutney
Red chutney
Tomato ketchup
Sev Bhujia
Chopped onions (optional)
Coriander leaves
Pomegranate
Curd (add sugar in it )
Roasted cumin powder
Chat masala powder
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder

Hi Kavita ji. I try most of your receipes.I even tried this recipe,but somehow couldn't found where the mistake happened.The kachori became very soft,it was not at all crunchy,the same problem I had in making of pani puri.The stuffing was fabulous,but the base came out to be very very much soft.If you can le me know, what was the mistake,whether in mixing of the flour,or do I need to keep the dough for hours ,then again I will try once more. I have made lots of your receipes ,and it comes out to be very tasty. I wish you all the best.
