The Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (Delhi-Meerut RRTS) is an 82.15 km (51.05 mi) long,semi-high speed rail corridor currently under construction which will connect Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Meerut. It is one of the three rapid rail corridors planned under Phase I of the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project managed by the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). With a maximum speed of 180 km/h (111.85 mph), the distance between Delhi and Meerut will be covered in less than 60 minutes. The project will cost ₹30,274 crore (US$3.8 billion) and will have 24 stations, including two depots at Duhai and Modipuram.

3:17 is it me or Meerut North Station doesn't have tracks made for RRTS to pass, unlike other only Meerut Metro Stations.

@@Juggernaut8519 I guess you are right, but then again why Partapur Station is not like this and has 4 tracks? Also, if this is not a problem now because Modipuram is the last Station, so then few years in the future this line is supposed to extend from Modipuram to Muzaffarnagar to Haridwar. then Modipuram is not the last station so this might be a future problem?

I think by 2025 June it should be completed? I know the deadline is I think in March 2025 but I don’t think so by that time every thing will be completed
