Dillinja - Expansions VIP (Unreleased) (!! Skips Very Badly !!) [CLIP]

The issue is that the plate skips VERY badly regardless of the system it's played on (I've tried on three different decks with three different needles, the person I got it from made me aware that this side does not play).
The plate has not been coin scratched and the acetate still looks to be in great condition, it just skips very badly for some reason...
Due to the skipping, it's not possible to get a proper audio clip, but I thought it would still be interesting to upload.
