Dilophosaurus is known from the Kayenta Formation, which dates to the Sinemurian and Pliensbachian stages of the Early Jurassic, approximately 196-183 million years ago. The Kayenta Formation is part of the Glen Canyon Group that includes formations in northern Arizona, parts of southeastern Utah, western Colorado, and northwestern New Mexico. It is composed mostly of two facies, one dominated by siltstone deposition and the other by sandstone. The siltstone facies is found in much of Arizona, while the sandstone facies is present in areas of northern Arizona, southern Utah, western Colorado, and northwestern New Mexico. The formation was primarily deposited by rivers, with the siltstone facies as the slower, more sluggish part of the river system. Kayenta Formation deposition was ended by the encroaching dune field that would become the Navajo Sandstone. The environment was seasonally dry, with sand dunes migrating in and out of the wet environments where animals lived, and has been likened to a river oasis; a waterway lined with conifers and surrounded by sand. A definitive radiometric dating of this formation has not yet been made, and the available stratigraphic correlation has been based on a combination of radiometric dates from vertebrate fossils, magnetostratigraphy, and pollen evidence. Dilophosaurus appears to have survived for a considerable span of time, based on the position of the specimens within the Kayenta Formation. Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dilophosaurus

As far as I know, there are lots of fossils of plants, algae, insects and snails kinds of things in the stratum where dilo was found. And that means it lived in a forest or jungle or maybe swamp but I think those dilos will still love this awesome habitat too😁

Nope, the formation Dilophosaurus was found in is known as the Kayenta Formation which was a very arid desert. We have found snails I believe but those are surprisingly common in arid formations as they fossilize when freshwater resources dry up so the desert environment is definitely accurate.

Loved this build! It's very stylish. Watching this made me so wish Planet Zoo had pebble / gravel pieces like Prehistoric Kingdom does, because the effect is so great for the garden beds you made here.

Great video, I loved the build and I sincerely hope you upload more video's of this game. I would really love some acrocanthosaurus habitat as it is one of my favorite dinosaurs. Otherwise, keep it up.

This is so great 👍. You should do more PK vids cuz this is awesome and not many people do it. Or it’s hard to find PK vids. But this is peak. + I subscribed right now. Awesome build.

ugh i hate sinusitis. sometimes it gets me bad where im all stuffed up and half of my face just starts leaking all over the place. dont know if itll help you but i use sinutab (pseudophedrine hcl) and a non drowsy antihistamine. flonase also helps but dries me out.

I prefer when people don't do interiors on their builds, honestly. It looks good for screenshots but for playing the game, I think it's nice to lower the number of building pieces where you can. I would definitely use this, it looks great! I enjoy seeing all the iterations too, I think it's fun and interesting to see the process. I think when I download this, I might try to open the doors to your building since it is perfectly useable for the guests.

This looks so amazing! Makes me want to buy the game so bad… do you think it’s worth it? Or does PK still have a ways to go before it’s a full-fledged game?

I think if you'll enjoy building and watching the animals, it's worth it. If you're looking to play it as a management game they are still making updates on that side of things 😁

I got some similar thing around that time, keep getting sick on and off. Went to doctor they said it's cause of allergies. This winter cali got hella lot rain so all the pollen is more concentrated than previous years, so some people that usually don't have any allergic reactions started having this spring. (I think) Doctor gave me some steroid pills and it's fixed.

I've always considered the Dilophosaurus as a jungle-dwelling type of dinosaur, or maybe a swamp-dweller. But please take this with a grain of salt, seeing how little we actually know about dinos.
