How do you deal more than a 100k dmg with diluc? My build for him is almost similar to yours, using em sands and c2 r1 wgs. Needing some advice

Setups, and Supports. Assume same team and supports investments are identical to mine, your DMG should be identical if you did the setups correctly to gain all the buffs. TtoDS Sucrose specifically contribute a lot to the DMG.

Is sucrose really the big diff here ? I'm hesitating to build her because i have kazuha and she is only c2 Should i really build her to get more dmg ?

Only if you bother to use TtoDS. otherwise, She is only a minor increase in DMG compared to C0R1 Kazuha. Sucrose cons is mostly QoL, with C6 being a slight Team DPS increase. Rest of Her cons post C2 is hardly useful in most cases in fact.
