You should definitely consider swapping out what gems you are using, I highly recommend only using blue gems and blessed gems, and maybe a wind gem on wind gun. Never use bloodless as it reduces the damage of the mantras, and for diluvian never comes in handy. The partial amount of healing you get from it is completely outweighed by the amount of damage you are losing, a bit more damage could mean the difference of getting a health pack or not.

@@zomsum in lower waves tideknight wont ever proc i was using it recently and found out the exact same thing unless your getting hit by every mob with viscosity on you wont ever loose that much health in just 3 seconds.
