I've noticed that swearing, shouting, getting heated in any way or being too cynical is what attracts bad fish. Jon doesn't do any of those. (Except swear but only a tiny bit) The audience reflects the personality of the KZbin in many cases. So I agree, quite the achievement.

There is a surface. You just cant reach it because there are several kilometers of ice inbetween. It gets mentioned and is a plotpoint later on.

That wasnt a cave. You are just under several kilometer thick Ice. The water surface is literally frozen solide. I think its gets mentioned ingame that the guilds have been trying to reach the surface for a while now.

Oh, this game is really pretty to look at when you're in the ship. I kind of wish that you'd go into first person when boarding a vessel for some combat, that would really round the game out. Still, looks quite nice.

You should play a game called sunless sea. It's this game I really like because it's lore rich , insanely hard, kinda of rouge like, pretty funny, atmospheric , and has multiple games that weave together a tale of a 'dashing' zee captain who exploers the under sea aka the sunless sea as you try not to die, raise a family, and became rich. If you don't wanna do that then go insane, eat your crew, and sell your soul the iron republic aka the land where demons who rebelled against hell and were banished to live above hell in the under sea. Only problem I could see is it is the type of game you play by yourself and wouldn't really be a good LP.

It looks just like should look "sub culture 2" f.e. Look a bit for "sub culture" (PC game, 1997), Jon. It's too old to play it on channel, i think, but it's pretty. I loved it a long time ago.

The word diluvian pertains to the mythical / biblical global flood with which god, the bastard that he is, cleansed the earth of his disappointing creations (i.e. us humans). Noah brought his family and a selection of animal breeding pairs onto his arc. Antediluvian is used now as shorthand for something very very old.

I really liked FTL series. So I would like more of this. But I think Jon needs to learn more about the game. FTL was fun because he knew what was going around. I think he totally wasted those items by selling it for a lower price. Selling an item worth over a thousand for less than half is usually a bad deal.

Consoles will never die until there is a cheaper alternative that still produces quality. PCs are great but require upgrading constantly and require at least $800 minimum to get a high (max settings) quality one

Also, while PC does get more games and has access to major modding it does lead to oversaturating the market that you will still never play what there is to offer and stick on certain games even longer with modding. I'm Playstation and 3DS only and I still have 40+ games on my backlog.

Michael Switzer Playstation Network is catching up to Steam with its sales but Steam will always pull ahead due to having massive selection (the over saturation) allowing them to drop prices faster but consoles will always be around due to the casual gamer who isn't going to be hyperfocused as you or me.

Berlin is a foreigners city. Everything there is extremely overpriced. More expensive is only Munich. Smaller towns though are neat. Immer noch muss ich dich nachfragen, ob du Deutsch sprichst. Ohne Sprache gibt es keine einfache Sache :D

Berlin has pricier areas and cheaper areas. If you only stuck to the typical tourist spots, then you paid the tourist rate, and that isn't cheap anywhere. Overall, cost of living in Berlin is probably lower than most other european cities [That's an assumption, I didn't actually look it up]

Sean Kim depth charges are bombs dropped from ships to attack subs. They sink till a depth set by the guys dropping them so it can be changed depending on how deep they think the sub is. Anything just sitting chained down waiting for someone to hit it is still a mine I think.

i love everything you do jon. i only want to say a little critique if you want. you are always comparing game that have very little to do with each other. you kept comparing this game to FTL but ftl is a semi-turn base 2d game. and this a 3d real time game. the only thing i can see that is a bit like FTL is the looting and trading part but there is a lots of game that do that. its not like FTL invented that. i don't want to seem like an asshole i love your video i watch almost all of them. but you always do that. like you kept comparing that viking game to new vegas but its way more similar to classic RPG game. its just that newvegas has a lot of the classic RPG element.
