इनकी बेवसाईट से आर्डर मत करना, मेरे 1700/- रूपये हजम कर लिए। 14 दिन टहलाते रहे, आज कल में आर्डर आ जायेगा। 14 दिन बाद पता चला कोई आर्डर भेजा ही नहीं है। जब बात हुई तो बदतमीजी से बात करी और आर्डर कैंसिल कर दिया और पैसा भी रिफंड नही करा। स्टोर पर भले चले जाओ, पर आँनलाईन आर्डर मत करना। बाकि आप सभी की इच्छा।🙏

Rude behaviour by shop owner. First of all they have increased the price of each product and after referring this market stunts videos. I had visited their factory today and purchased crampons after making payment, owner is like I don’t know anything about my product. Specially uncle in the screen is no manners to talk with their customer. No bill or invoice was provided even. Request KZbinr to provide only authentic videos.

The owner Praveen Goyal is very rude. On website price mentioned of the product was lower as actually charged by him from me on store. After highlighting this issue he arrogantly said to complaint about this matter in consumer court but I will do as I want. I don't recommend anyone to buy any product from his stop as he don't care about customer complaints.
