I have a hiatal hernia. Most people have them but don’t know. Sometimes when I eat too much it affects my vagus nerve and causes my heart rate to go up and can trigger a panic attack.

I definitely know how it feels like Nate. To be hated in such a way that it feels hopeless and cant be helped. And it got me when u said about mourning for what could have been something that you will never have because that's exactlt how I have been feeling for the past 15 years. I can totally relate too when you said you csmant stand being in the same cornee or room with those people trying to block you off. That is so heartbreaking beyond words. Shed so much tears quietly but you are so right. We cannot force people to like us even to be humane enough to treat us like how they would like to be treated. I just want you to know that my day isn't honestly complete without checking your channel every single day my husband and kids always catching me googling arizona time whenever i get here and see no uploads yet. They are in disbelief how I love your channel together with Irene, Aries and the golden girls. You guys are so relatable and so refreshing to watch. You know Nate nobody really knows what it's like to be the youngest. My mom had me later in age so I was raised a lot with my second cousins. My mom just turned 74 and I'm 100% her caretaker on my own.. my brother went a whole year without speaking to me because I had to take control and the two oldest siblings couldn't handle that I guess... It's a ugly feeling being ignored and talked about ! I just enjoy these years I have left with my mama ❤

Hey Big guy and mama appetite I can relate so much on how u feel. You say your in your feels cause not feeling well for me its this time of year you get in your feelings you know. Both my mom and dad are only children so my brother and myself dont have any aunts or uncles. You are so blessed with your beautiful family. But i totally understand how u feel cause i have the most amazing friends. My brother hasn't been in my life for 11yrs we grew apart as we got older and life happens so i get it. Hasn't been easy especially cause i have no children of my own. I have a niece and nephew that i adore that came back in my life now that they are older and have minds of they're own. When I found your channel I had just lost my mom and I loved how close you were with ur mom and cousins and aunts I'm 38 and want that so bad I used to have it but my siblings are just like ur sister I saw my parents cry for years over my siblings they would pay their mortgages or help them with their car just to spend time with them they never would bring there kids around It was so weird because we had amazing parents and as I got older I would speak up for my parents because they were amazing and my siblings were evil to them I have children of my own now and I yearn for a relationship I know will never happen my kids will never know there cousins or uncles all because they were good accepting my parents love but never giving it back and I let them know at my mom's funeral I saw them all but couldn't fake it the relationship was gone I don't trust them they would sell me out so quickly if it meant they would get the world in return my mom was sick for two years and she asked for them the day before she died no one came they came a day to late and they screamed when they saw her they immediately said we have to stop this and be family like mom would want us well my mom has been gone two years and they moved to south Dakota and didn't say bye to not even my dad I love them because those are my siblings but I won't allow my self to be played by them or allow that toxic relationship just because we are family doesn't mean u get to crap on me I wish them the best and who will be part of my childrens life will be present without force . I was always so embarrassed by my family story and relationship and how it is now that my mom is gone but I'm glad I'm not alone with the family issues lol u all have a beautiful spirit I enjoy watching you in the end the family who really loves us will be in our life's but I know how you feel and how we don't want that part of the toxic relationship but we yearn for what could have been. I may not have a big family who are my blood but I've got a great partner who's family took me and my kids in and treated us just like blood . I hope your mom has many more years with you 💕
