Our church was made with 1600 capacity bult from scratch..land fill, foundation, modern architect ..all marbled floor, centralised AC, office chambers, washrooms etc.. sound system of highest quality etc. and it cost 6.5 crores. And here they just RENOVATED an already build town hall of 400 capacity from 19 crores is just a joke.
