Dimarzio HS-3 changed to Seymour Duncan YJM FURY （Yngwie Malmsteen ）

Dimarzio's have a few good pickups. Duncan has many great pickups! I always noticed that Duncan pickups have a fuller sound'. Even in my new Charvel so-cal, the duncans shred better than the tone zone in my other so-cal, and are more open.

Just made the switch from HS-3's to the YJM FURY's myself ... trust me everybody ... there is a WORLD of a difference!!! So much more full and brighter tone!!!! Definitely using it on my upcoming debut album Joey Lodes MaelstroM

Its great that you like the furys...that means more hs3s for me....sell them to me people.....Dimarzio always made more..musical pickups anyways that duncans....

@jasonsheppard93 I might be wrong in the translations, but from what I understand, he said that the YJM Fury is a bit more powerful and has more of a stronger attack but it also is more noisier than the DiMarzio.

Dimarzio pickups have a bit more bite……. Duncan YJM pickups have a fuller and sweeter tone and they’re not bad I just preferred the dimarzio ‘s HS3

Do not get me wrong, I have always been huge fan of YJM and I consider him true guitar legend. But Yngwies most significant records and tunes were played by guitars equipped with HS3 Dimarzio and that is and always be his true signature tone. So whoever of you YJM fans, wants YJM signature tone, you can have it only with Dimarzios. SD Fury are interesting pups but it is not YJM signature tone, they are different and you can hear it clearly in YT clips (this guy is good guitar player)and also on the YJM recent records. SD Fury is created as result of trading and business, and it is OK, but it is not anyway near YJM signature sound. Not sonicaly nor historicaly. I bought SD Fury but I should have bought Dimarzios. Of course this is just my point of view.

@@irmaztamal21 absolutely right, the dimarzio HS3 is the best sound pickups from Alcatrazz band to yngwie malmsteen solo artist....the SD YJM furry sounds noisy and muddy sound...but both of them good because of malmsteen

ディマジオのHS-3は確かハムバッカー構造なのですよね。 私は電気系統のお話ジェンジェン詳しく無いのですが出音的にディマジオは好きになれません(笑)。 UP主さまもダンカンの方が良い音出てるような気がしますよ。 インギーはディマジオエンドース長かったのにヤメちゃうのかな？
