The best 'dream on' cover version ive ever heard, a close 2nd place behind Steven Tyler. Beautiful song for the feel and mood. Youre correct, he hit the high notes extremely well, two thumbs up... Minimum for this effort. His voice is a little bit light but that isnt meant to take anything away from him, his talent shines brightly, i am impressed, anyone who attemts this tune should be commended for it. I could never sing it that well, different vocal range. I have a deeper voice and it just wouldn't hit as well

No doubt Dimas is very good has incredible belting abilities and fantastic control. What is distinctively different is accent. American accent for these covers is missing here. I am no bigot I am half European. Aileen is right the belting is very difficult to pull off as Steven almost made this song knowing no one could duplicate it very well. So probably the BEST attempt yet still very very good. Thanks Aileen!

He's pretty good. I see reactions to him everywhere. I do think there is this "Boy Band Effect" skewing perception juuuussstt a little. Me, I am impervious to boy bands having grown up with groups like Menudo. Slowly I was able to develop a resistance to iocane powder.

I never heard of him. Interesting vocal inflections, I'm guessing english isn't his 1st language. I'm always interested in hearing a good cover, especially a song as difficult as this. His take on the "vocal gymnastics " part did not do anything for me. Too much like a Vegas act.
