Yes someone can be that good. They thought Jackie Evancho was singing to a track. Wasn't true. Some people really ARE extraordinary. Dimash has had his imperfect moments...but they are few. Great reaction. Appreciate you don't constantly pause too. You listen. This song they originally had to hire three singers until they found Dimash.

Dimash can hear every imperfection that we can't pick up. If you watch Autumn Strong from the singer contest he sounds absolutely perfect to my ears and i have pretty good pitch. Then watch the clip from the editing suite where he's invited to watch the process he frowns and hangs his head a couple of times as if he's heard mistakes in his performance. That's not to say he doesn't make mistakes that we can't hear, he was distinctly off key at the beginning of Be With Me in the Dubai concert and a little pitchy at one precise point in Unforgettable Day in Almaty. To me those moments just prove he's human but instead he's held to a higher standard than everyone else despite lauded singers like Adele singing practically flat through almost a whole concert and not a word said. He holds himself to a unbelievably high standard and in an interview his sound engineer Erlan Bekchurin stated that Dimash will watch every performance afterwards and critique himself, finding flaws and working harder to correct them to give his audience the perfect performance he thinks they deserve.

The only time I heard Dimash missed a tone in his original song "An unforgettable day GAKKU" live version 2017, when he do the crazy dog whistle D8 tone noone can believe what they heard. THE D8 came out instead of a lower whistle tone. 😂😂 Best regards from Norway 🇳🇴

I appreciate your diplomacy when broaching the topic of live. It is a sore spot for many dears. Personally, my only complaint is when decidedly live performances are accused of being recorded. I don’t deny that there are performances that are prerecorded but the difficulty for many reactors is that Dimash is so good that it is practically impossible to recognize the live from the prerecorded! Personally I don't care if he lip syncs or not, because we all know his insane vocal abilities and his absolute commitment in each performances, he is the only one I know whose live performances are better than the studio ones. I saw him in concert and his stage presence is unmatched: therefore the fact that some songs are not performed live does not matter. He is able to perform Olimpico, SOS, Stranger and other extremely difficult songs live: he has nothing to prove, his concerts are sold out, with fans traveling from more than 60 countries, famous composers want to create songs for him, and he is considered by many vocal coaches/singers/professionals as the best vocalist of our time. What is important is that the artist moves you, touches your soul and for me, this is clearly the case with Dimash, the rest is much ado about nothing...

It’s pretty funny that people question whether Dimash is singing live in most of his performances. In an interview with him he was asked if he watches reactions to his work. He said he tries to but it’s hard for him because he keeps seeing (or hearing) where he “messed up“ during the performance. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌸

None of his live concerts are lipsynced and many tv performances are not either- but some of them are yes- TV stations just often wont let them do it live. But this is the same for every single band and singer out there.

I went to Budapest to his concert and was very close to the stage. I can tell you that his live voice and stage presence are absolutely and ridiculously captivating, mesmerizing, gorgeous, and his good vibe and aura is one of the best and purest I have ever felt. I definitely will go to another concert soon. He truly is an amazing artist.

Thanks for Dimash . If you know him well, you can tell by his movements if he sings live (and here is a live performance), although, even on playback, he still sings and is difficult to understand. Dimash has some specific movements on the most complex parts of the songs when he sings live. For next reaction I offer "Daybreak" from his first big solo concert Bastau, Kazakhstan 2017. Funny, as I was watching this, seeing him with the mike, I kept thinking "is this live or a lip sync". I say that because to me, it sounded like the original recording (the one I think is on his YT channel) even with all his moving around. It would be interesting to hear this one superimposed over that original to see if there are obvious differences. Don't get me wrong, there have been plenty of fan cams in the past that prove he is usually singing his repertoire of phenomenal songs live. But there are also times when I gather that certain performances are lip synced. If that's what it takes to preserve his voice while trying not to disappoint the audience during a long concert, I think I'm okay with that.

Great reaction. Just today found your channel ,when I came acrose your reaction to Oliver Anthony. You got goosebumps and the only other singer that does that to you is Dimash. So I thought , is it really so that he haven't reacted to them/her....? To my surprise you haven't reacted to Nightwish with the amazing Floor Jansen. Do yourself as a vocal coach and us:) a favor and please check them and her out. Dimash gives you goosebumps with his singing skills. Floor gives you what is called a Floorgasme :) The song Ghost Love Score of Nightwish is the most reacted to song on You Tube. It's not the best song of Nightwish (it's not even in my top 10) but it gives you the best overview of there skills as a band and an inside in (a bid )of what Floor is capable of. And Floor can sing everything in every style as you will find out. You will love her !

The clips are from the Italian sci- fi movie Creators: The Past. Dimash sang this as the credits rolled. When he went to record the song for the MV , he got his instructions from the director, got his costuming and makeup, stepped in front of the green screen and did it in one take!!! He had the reputation as the " one take man" for the 3 years he stayed in China after The Singer, as well!

believe me Dimash hear his imperfections all the time. just he is on different level then we are. but some reactors can hear his imperfections where he is very close to a note but not 100% on the note. i tried to hear it, i cant. also... i think his voice is processed after concert before uploading to internet

Fil from Wings of Pegasus does a comparison of Dimash and Pavarotti both singing live, using a tool that graphically displays the isolated vocals on the notes. Neither of them hit the notes spot on except for sometimes, and it's usually further into the song, not at the beginning. They are almost the same in the amount of times they hit the notes correctly. But our ears simply cannot hear that they aren't always hitting it. It usually sounds perfect to us even when it is a little flat or a little sharp. In addtion they self correct and adjust the note while they are actually singing it, bringing it back to where it should be. I suspect that is why Dimash often seems dissatisfied when he hears his performances played back to him. He can hear the difference, but he can't always get it perfect when he is actually singing. To be honest, I don't care. We Dears think he's perfect, our ears say he's perfect, and that's all that matters 🤣🤣🤣 As for concerts being processed later before being uploaded, well maybe, or maybe not, but I think we might hear it because some of the vocal dynamics could be missing. Sometimes Dimash slides into or out of a note. That slide would disappear and it would jump sharply from one note to the next if it were autotuned. That would stand out. But I guess anything is possible. I thought he was off key for a lot of the Prague concert (I was there) but when it was uploaded it sounded on key. So perhaps you are right that it happens on occasion.

@@anniebygrave9300 i was on few concerts in my life (not DIMASH) and i did not like it because all i was able to hear is noise, alot of instrument and vocal was bearly heard. i saw some DIMASH fancam songs and it was far from perfect. when i said postprocessing i ment that every iinstrument was saved on separate track and all tracks were perfectly mixed together, much better then you can hear live on concert. i dont think that DIMASH voice was autotuned or something like that, just mixed with instruments, maybe with echo adding etc.

@@danielmarkiewicz8489 ah I understand now. Sorry, I misinterpreted. Although I actually thought my ears were playing up at the Prague concert because I have never heard him out of tune before. I had ear plugs in to mute it a bit because if the music is too loud it hurts, so maybe the ear plugs changed the sound in some way. When I watched the official video later he sounded fine. I wondered about that. Nobody else complained though.

@@anniebygrave9300 i am listening to many reactors, always the same way, and i also noticed sound quality differences with the same song. also the same song but from different channels can sound different. also i dont like voice quality from SINGER competition, they used strange microphone there or they postprocess his voice in some strange way. his on pitch there but his voice sounds flat

I love this song! Thank you so much for reacting to Dimash! I watched one of his live performances where he forgot the words. After a bit of vocalizing, he sang perfectly in the song’s tune, “I forgot the words, but that’s okay.” Another time, he was starting softly, so dramatically, and he paused like he does, building excitement and expectation, and a girl yelled, “I love you, Dimash!” He started giggling and broke character. He had to start over. He didn’t get angry or flustered or anything. That’s one reason dears love him so much. There was another time Dimash was scheduled to perform an outdoor concert in China, I think. It was pouring rain, and the outside venue was filled with dears with umbrellas. Instead of canceling the concert, he performed a mini-concert in the rain. You should look it up: mini-concert in the rain. Even though it had already occurred, it still made me a little nervous when all that electrical around. Dimash is amazing!
