Yes, you're right, it is the Chinese version of Ikanaide. The composer, Igor Krutoy said of Dimash that he always knows how a song should be sung & he was so right! He puts so much emotion into sad songs or love songs 🎵 💔 ❤️

Please see my comments above ♥️ Krutoy has no connection or involvement with either song. An indicator when he is, is his accompanying in performance, Olympico was composed for an event, he was involved at that time and still sung in epic fashion usually, concerts etc not his usual mien. Videos of his songs, Okay, Akuym et al, very much involved with the music side. My best wishes to you, lot of misinformation out there, easy to make mistakes, record set straight. 🌷

Beautiful❤️. The end without a mic, phantastic. This video was from his Arnau concert in Kiev in 2020. It was the last concert before he had to cancel his tour because of covid. In The Singer competition Autumn Strong was the first song he ever sang in Mandarin. He was so grateful to his Chinese audience for welcoming him so warmly that he wanted to say thank you in this way. He only had a week to learn the lyrics and the correct pronunciation. That was very important to him. A really tough job. From the reaction of the audience you can see that he has mastered it with flying colors. Many Chinese reactors also said that his pronunciation was almost perfect. The performance was very emotional and if you also want to react to it I recommend to take the link on Gloria Wu’s channel as it shows the background story. Autumn Strong is a song he always sings in his concerts. Every time it is a very emotional moment. At his concerts he often sings the song in both languages. Mandarin and Japanese. To melt away. This is the first song he sang in Chinese ever. Dimash has tons of versions of this song live. He won a prestigious award in China with this song. He sings this song in every concert he does, and a lot of times he makes the Chinese dears to sing along... I was in his concert in Germany and I can assure you that even without a mic we could listen the final part clearly... Hug from Brazil!

It’s different from this one. Dimash always changes the song in some way. You will not be disappointed!

He is actually singing Terry Lin's Mandarin translation of the Taiwanese version of the lyrics of Autumn Strong. It is sung in Asia in many languages, dialects and translations. Dimash had no idea who the translator was, he was looking for a Mandarin translation of Autumn Strong for a Chinese audience.Terry was also a competitor, recognized the translation, had no bearing on anything, said nothing. During the show they became close friends that has lasted to the present, visiting one another and have sung in each other's concerts.

Dimash first sang Autumn Strong on episode 4 of Singer in 2017. It was the first time he sang in Chinese (to honor the Chinese audience). Autumn Strong, the song, is based on a true story about a Chinese actress, and there is a great behind the scenes video compilation made by Gloria Wu kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIm0ZmuLYqqXmsk Dimash performed this song many, many times between 2017 and the time when Ikanaide was released. Ikanaide was Dimash's first song in Japanese. Some songs just hit harder, and this song does (both languages). The first time I heard it, I bawled like a baby and had absolutely clue what he was saying, had never heard the song before... and I felt so much raw emotion that it overwhelmed me. Dimash delivers the most beautiful heartbreaks, doesn't he? Dimash sings Autumn Strong at every concert... and varies the way he sings it. There are several concerts on his YT channel... and plenty of fancams out there on YT. Every performance is different. My recommendations: London concert (the intro is amazing) New York concert (the delivery is less formal) They are ALL amazing tho... you'll probably want to try to find as many as you can. LOL I'm not asking for reactions. Just thought you'd like to know more about the song. There's a deep dive there if you want to take it. Dimash really is the best. ❤

Before singing this song DIMASH had a problem with his voice. They took him to the hospital. The doctor told him “ NO high note “, but he didn’t listen to the doctor and performed the song in full force. There was a story behind this song. It related to a Japanese actress who became famous in China. She had to change her name to Chinese because at that time China went to war against Japanese fascist who colonized China. The Chineses didn’t know her real identity but they found out at the end of the war. They kicked her out of the country. This is a beautiful song from a Japanese composer.
