All By Myself original singer is Eric Carmen . Celine Dion did a cover. And this time, Dimash is singing his own cover of this song. Dimash is wearing a traditional Kazakh costume , was intended to sing a Kazakh song that’s why he was wearing this beautiful outfit . The song was largely cut off and edited. He did the whole song but the channel director cut it off and this is what happens to a lot of American singing competitions. Thank you for your great reaction.

Oh no please don’t react to anything of the worlds best 😭 They cut off Dimash his song and treated him so rude and badly! They lied to him. Told him he would not compete children. Otherwise Dimash would not join the program. When he discovers he did have to compete against children, he quit the show. They reacted like he knew what he was up to and so on, but it was the other way around. Dimash reacted respectfully and left. He doesn’t care about the money, values and his culture are more important to him. So... better react to this song at the singer, way more complete!!! Kind Greetings from me from the Netherlands

I think it's great you reacted to this version. Dimash did a wonderful job and he deserves to ne heard despite what this show did to him and to the performance. But please don't miss reacting to a full version of this song. He has many amazing versions and it's hard to choose the best one, but on the Singer competition the sound is really good.

This makes no sense. Why should anyone be pleased to see both a song and a performer given no respect by unscrupulous TV producers? Dimash can be "heard" in many better venues than this disaster of a show. Why promote crap, when it makes more sense to promote quality instead?

@@donny1960 Dimash singing, no matter where, is crap? Sorry, but I totally disagree. I happen to love this performance. Even if it's shortened, it still displays his amazing abilities. The show doesn't exist anymore, so it gains nothing from people watching those videos (and loses nothing from people not watching it), they are on private channels anyway. But Dimash worked hard and gave a hell of a performance and went through a lot on this show, and he deserves his efforts not to be in vein, he deserves to be acknowledged and heard. He shouldn't be the one paying the price for the show's sins. How is he to gain from people not listening to him perform? People should learn to separate between what the show did to Dimash (and the show is irrelevant, it doesn't exist) and what Dimash did on the show. It's not his fault they were mean, and they already got the punishment they deserved. So why punish Dimash for their misdeeds?

He actually sang two songs, the first was Daididau a traditional Kazakh song, hence the outfit but this was completely cut...I think he sang the whole of all by myself but it too was cut. The version from the Singer has the full song and is well worth watching! 🤗🇬🇧

This show is in a format that doesn't suit Dimash. The songs are squeezed into such a tight time frame thet you get Dimash on steroids, you miss all the little details, the build up and dynamics that he is soo good at. If this show was an art show you would see a cropped picture of Mona Lisa's smile, still beautiful but taken out of context. Your reaction was great and you couldn't know what lots of us think about this show but I prefer other (longer) versions of this song like the one from Bastau (on his official YT channel), many prefer The SInger version too. Thank you for your reaction, hope you understand that our strong feelings about what version you picked got nothing to do with you, I love your reactions and this one too.

Hi Dennis and Tim, I am sorry that you chose this video. Please don't react to anything from the worlds best because they lied to Dimash. Dimash asked if there would be children on the show because he would not sign the contract if there were of course there were children and when Dimash found out he quit the show, explaining to the judges that in his culture they do not do that. What they do is encourage and lift children to do their best. Dimash gave up 1 million dollars prize and left. This guys, shows you how Dimash is as a person...no one can buy him and i believe he taught the American producers and everyone else involved with the show...what a real Man does when he is lied to and cannot be bought. Literally any other version of this would be better, US shows always cut down performances to make time for the "judges" comments and commercials. The best thing about "I am Singer" versions from China, you get full songs and then some!

So it is a cover of a cover. Not rocket science. His version is closer to Celine's arrangement than the original. i don't think Dimash or his team is trying to slight Eric Carmen. But a lot of commentators give that impression.
