Different Japanese reactors have talked about how beautiful his Japanese singing is...so very difficult. He sings in roughly 12 languages and plays again roughly, 7 instruments. Probably more. Such a talented man and getting more so every day!

This is Autumn Strong in Japanese. Dimash studied the original singer and put in the same emotion. I love this performance. Dimash worked for his range. He studied since 4 years old and is still studying. He studied Opera extensively as well as other genres of music. He currently is going for his Bachelor's in Composition.

This is the 1st performance hes sung in Japanese. Its a difficult language but the Japanese reactors I have watched said his pronunciation is perfect. Its also an emotional song, Ikanaide translates 'don't go'. His name is pronounced Da mosh. Koo di bergan. 😊

Great reaction guys ! This song Dimash has sang before as "Autumn Strong" in Chinese at concerts in China ! It's a love song composed by the great Japanese singer-songwriter Koji Tamaki ! He is a national treasure in Japan and been voted top male vocalist in the country ! His original version is an emotionally dynamic performance ! He is so so good ! I think Dimash's version was so wonderfully performed ! Here you got to hear Dimash in a studio live with just a backing track ! No theatrics, orchestra, choirs, dancers ,audience and/or stage props ! It is Dimash in a stripped down, organic. and totally raw performance ! This is where you can really hear how tremendous his voice really is ! I personally think it's one of his best performances ever. ! It's an emotional roller coaster ! I wish you could have had the lyrics subtitled ! Basically the title is " Don't Go" It's s sad love song of love ! But guys.... come on... the fact that you didn't understand the words is your problem...LOL...you should have looked them up as they are available. He also sang this song in Chinese in the competition I am singer in 2017. The lyrics are different for the Chinese version and it was called Autumn Strong (or Late Autumn).

The song is about Yoshiko Yamaguchi, a Chinese-born Japanese actress during World War II. She hid her Japanese heritage under the name Li XIanglan. She became famous in China. However, once the war was over and she revealed her identity, she was accused of being a spy and she was deported back to Japan and didn't go back to China for many years, as it was forbidden at that time. Ms Yamaguchi did return to China in her later years as the Japanese Parliamentary Vice Minister of Environment. This song is saying goodbye to her Chinese name Li Xianglan. The song is a metaphor, as lyrics speak of how a person has to hide what feels inside.
