Lauren, the basic idea is the wings on the ground are the cut wings from swans(angels) that have fallen and the only way they can fly since they have only one wing is to join with their soulmate who also has one wing. Then they can fly together as one pair. Another way to look at it is the story represents people losing control of free will and becoming mentally unable to gain it back without the help of another. The concept is also shown when out of the dirt comes not one swan(angel) but a pair(soulmates) flying and at the end Dimash and his soulmate are able to fly away together. I hope this helps but there is always room for self interpretation. As another woman I love your reactions to Dimash and I wish you all the best in life and health.

Lauren, thank you for another great reaction to Dimash. For a change from his usual type of songs during his concert in Moscow that sold out 12,000 seats with audience from 56 countries and ran for 2 hours and 45 minutes he sang 2 songs that are on his KZbin channel. PLEASE when you get a chance react to them. One is titled Lay Down and the other which he wrote is titled Give Me Your Love which is a tribute song and performance to one of his favorites. You will know who it is before the one minute mark. Both are excellent and as another woman I know you will like them. PLEASE!!!!

Lauren, as I said before great reaction. I have one more suggestion other than to PLEASE keep reacting to Dimash. Please check out Kodi Lee on America's got talent 2019. I think it is best to let you find out details by watching the video. The judges this year are Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough and Simon Cowell and the host is Terry Crews. Thank you for your Dimash reaction. Another important piece of symbolism is the fact that in nature swans actually do mate for life. So the lyric, "swans cannot live apart" which is sung many times is true. Therefore, even though their love is tired and even though they may be having many other struggles, this is the only love they will ever have, so separating is especially painful.

This is a song about old souls. This song is not connected only with love as such. The song describes to us the subtle interconnection between two souls who have seen and known everything. The whole essence of the song is that they know each other in this life and they hope that they will meet again someday.

the angels are really swans (who mate for life). the volcano monsters, who represent the evils of the world, hurt the swans and separate them, but at the end, the couple still have two wings between themselves and they can fly away together.

👍👍👍👏👏👏🌷🌷🌷❤️❤️❤️ So the song was composed by Igor Krutoy and originally sung by Lara Fabian. The main idea is that swans only mate with one and for life. So the song somehow describes stress and exhaustion yet still remaining together. After meeting each other last year, Dimash and Krutoy have collaborated on several songs, of which this one won Song of the Year in Russia. The music video was produced by Alan Badoev who is a very creative and talented Ukrainian. Apparently there’s an old legend about one-winged swans (or some kind of winged beings, not sure which) who could fly only if two were in love and flew together. Badoev purposely keeps the plot/ scenario vague enough to suggest several interpretations. It could reflect good against evil; or love against hate. Trust versus giving up. What is the significance of the man who “created” the little swans/ angels out of earth? What is the statue of a crouching winged being? Why did the girl seem to yearn for the dancing couple without wings? Why did Dimash run to her and alight by her side? Who are the dark beings? Why do they cut off wings? Why do the disabled swans get stuck and paralyzed in water? Where do Dimash and the girl fly off to (each with one intact wing and one cut-off wing)? There’s possibly more than one answer to these questions. And these keep tugging at my mind every time I watch this. /from Dimash USA Fan Club 🇺🇸

Those who saw the videos of Dimash's live performances of this song had a chance to decipher the lyrics to the song at that time. Dimash's character in the song was pleading that his partner, who was breaking up with him, to come back. He was using the fact that swans usually mate for life in a metaphor which was saying that he couldn't live without her. The director of the video, faced with portraying an internal drama, didn't stick with the story of the song, but based the video on another similar story, and added a lot of things for dramatic impact. So the fact that the lyrics don't match the video makes it confusing to someone not familiar with the song. Also, it looks like it's going to take a while longer before the concept that your happiness should depend on the actions of another dies.

The video is edited. In the first version you could see some kind of evil figure shoot everybody out of the sky. But both videos don't realy fit with the song. I like his life performens at the Kremlin of this song more. If you like a beautiful music video react to Dimash - Screaming or if you love seeing him on stage then is one of his newer songs Love Is Like A Dream a must perfect choice.
