Great story. This song was written for the close of a movie by the Director and he and the producers were interviewed saying they couldn't find anyone who could sing it ! Huge call for singers, nothing. Mass European talent search, nothing ! In a fit of pique on set, a producer ripped open his laptop and typed best singer in the world and up came Dimash ! He yelled everybody ! Come listen ! They pulled him up, listening they went crazy !! Dear God we've found him ! Said they were screaming, high fiving..and he couldn't do it..they were tenacious, didn't give up and a window opened. Said he was even better than they thought and everyone's mouths hung open listening to him. Not only that said he was the nicest person they'd ever worked with. Raved in the interview about him, saying he was one of a kind. Nothing like him anywhere.

Additional backstory… the movie is analogy off the Christian belief of God as Creator and Christ as Savior. This song takes place when Jesus is in Garden of Gethsemane praying to His Creator. Knowing He is about to be killed and will be traveling back to His Creator… across endless dimensions. If I ever find myself on my death bed, this is the song I will be singing in my head. Of all the religious songs I know, this one is the most significant of true spirituality. I love your reactions and am so happy you react to Dimash. Few reactors get Dimash the way we do. His music hits our souls so hard. For me, my family doesn’t get it either, so we come to reactors to communicate.

I saw a female reactor yesterday who said, "I don`t like men singing and sound like a female????, he sang SOS, yeah if she or others doesn`t like or understand Dimashes singing, it is something terrible wrong with their ears, and hearts.
