He DOES "do this on the daily" 🥰 In an interview Dimash said that he voice trains 3 hours every day. I concur. Dimash is one in a million. While other high-profile artists shy away from their fans, Dimash embraces them. I once saw Dimash break away from his security and go up into the nose-bleed seats. Everyone was around him, touching him, but he was not phased…he just kept on singing. I’m a “Mama Dear.” I was afraid for him. I kept saying, “Go back to the stage, Dimash!” 😄

You're absolutely correct that you will never tire of Dimash's voice and he will surprise you at every turn. But as you have pointed out, Dimash is not only an exceptional singer, he is a mesmerizing performer. He embodies each song he sings and he takes us along with him on the journey, whether you understand the lyrics or not. There are many truly wonderful singers and performers out there but as far as Dimash goes, he is currently alone in his category. Dimash is an inspiration for many aspiring youths and I'm sure others will come along and join him one day. If they know anything about Dimash, they know there's a lot of hard work and dedication ahead. At 29, Dimash has been training daily for 24 years and still trains 3-5 hours a day, every day. As he once explained, training is not singing, they are two different things. It's not just about talent and perfect pitch. As Dimash once responded about his wide vocal range in an interview, he said that many were making a fuss over it but he felt that what's more important is what he does with it. Great reaction. Hello! Dimash has trained singing since he was 5 years old... he has a super complete training, in pop, jazz, opera, etc. He has studies, a master's degree and a doctorate in music. This man breathes music!! I have never listened a singer who had this effect on me... when I see him sing, I get the impression that he himself transforms into music! He draws with his hands the notes that he sings! All his body language, his gestures... I really enjoy listening to him... but watching him sing transports me to another world!! It had never happened to me with any other singer.

Dimash was honored with an awards at the “Victoria” Russian National Music Awards on 5th December 2019 as the “Singer of the Year in Classical Music” for his rendition of Olimpico. He competed with major classical music stars in Russia. It was written for Dimash for the opening ceremony of the 2nd European Games in Minsk in 2019 There is a "live" version of "Olympico"was part of a 3-hour solo concert in Kazakhstan in 2019 Called"Arnau"It comprised of over 40,000 spectators, including about 14,000, came from around the world to see him. (Dimash stays in center of his stage singing his rendition of Olimpico) Just a side note for you from me because I have seen you mention this. I have a European upbringing and never thought it odd that people were not standing up clapping for him. Getting flowers was a token of appreciation and clapping sitting in their seats is the norm.

No, it is not usual the way Dimash does it. Most singers show strain somewhere in their body gestures etc but this is what makes Dimash stand out is his perfection to the notes AND performance despite jumping octaves like they are nothing. He does a LOT of underwater swimming for developing and keeping that breath control and lung volume. He is a perfectionist as he also works with the choreography and so on as well

I can assure you this song is anything but effortless or easy. No one can perform this song but Dimash. It is specially composed for his vocal range, agility, breath control, etc. if you haven’t reached Dimash level please do not attempt this song, you will end up in hospital without voice for weeks.

if you want to know the lyrics there are subtitles in numerous languages including English on every song and interview on Dimash's channel provided by the numerous fanclubs. Personally I'm a huge fan of Dimash's Kazakh folk songs, when he's singing in his native language he brings such deep emotion and storytelling to the song. I can't wait until you get to Samaltau and Omir Oter. But you'll definitely need to have the subtitle on to understand those.
