Actually Dimash was already famous in Kazakhstan before he went to this competition. He was the 2015 Grand Prix winner of the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk. In the same year, he was named the "Nation's Favorite" participant of the international festival "ABU TV song" in Istanbul, Turkey, and awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for an important contribution into strengthening the unity of the people in Kazakhstan.

Dimash is the best singer I have ever heard. He is getting popular all over the world. I am from Canada and he has fans from over 100 countries. He was 22 yrs. old when this was filmed and is now 24.. He is a star already.....Keep reacting and you will be amazed...

Hi! Nice reaction! Actually, Dimash was critisized in KZ only once or twice, when he was young and not for his voice but the style. Dimash represented KZ in many contests and won a dozen of awards, he had presiential stipend and toured abroad. DKIFC

Я не понимаю реакцию иностранцев на эту песню.....именно на эту песню. У них что ...нет цирка с барабанной дробью? Ведь барабанная дробь означает - СМЕРТЕЛЬНЫЙ НОМЕР! И именно когда звучит эта дробь....они начинают обсуждать. Когда нужно с ужасом кричать и обратить внимание на то, что что-то сейчас произойдёт и затаив дыхание вслушаться в звучание НОВЫХ высоких нот. Практически все иностранцы начинают обсуждение перед дробью...а потом ...с опозданием округляют глаза....от удивления. А вслушиваются они в ноты...из-за реакции зала. Зал-то реагирует бурно...тем более Китай!?!!? Короче. Надеюсь поняли ЧТО я хотела написать!!??!)))))))

The Prince Iskandar so funny you should state this. I was thinking the same thing. I’ve seen dozens of reactions and all of them talked constructively about his talent, technique etc after stopping the song temporarily. It seemed like the poor guy behind was trying to listen and was excited to have his friends hear him and they just kept talking over it. Only an Asian culture male would be polite enough to not eventually say, ‘shush it!’😆 kudos🥰
