When Igor is playing the piano, he has scored it and Dimash ALWAYS has his hands in any arrangement he sings. Dimash does have a Masters Degree in Music Composition so he is not weak in that area.

Laughing... he's 6/3". THANK you for commenting on the girl. I do find it just creepy. If there's an allegory there (innocence?) it's not getting through to me. And it kind of spoils this piece for me...Gorgeous, but I really wish she wasn't in it. Have you listened to the mashup he did with Li Yuyang of a song from Drunken Concubine and Diva Dance? It's extra. Honestly? I couldn't even HEAR it the first 2-3 times through - it was like my ears just went blank listening to the harmonies towards the end. Hey Matt - what a great reaction, to an absolutely EPIC performance - was that electrifying or what??!?!!! Very, very much of the credit for the actual arrangements of the vast majority of Dimash's material must go to his full-time arranger and one of his best friends, Erlan Bekchurin. Dimash & Maestro Igor always have a hand in the arrangement as well, when it's a song composed by the Maestro. Actually 6'3" and when he first appeared on the Singer show, famous fashion designers went bananas for him...He has done magazine layouts etc. and since he is (pre-C19 ) one of the most photographed, he is always dressed by the best of the best. There has been talk of his own clothes line, why not, he already has his own perfume brand, and oh yes, his own tea company. I am sure that Dimash has his musical fingers involved in any production, and he and Igor collaborate very well together.

Thanks Matt for another superb reaction. Could be the Heaven and hell paradigm. Hell represented by the red backdrops, the Passione repetition and Dimash in Baritone for part one. Then the girl enters representing the "nay, yet you become like a child you cannot enter heaven" pronouncement from God. I hadn't listened to this one for a while--I'd forgotten how much I love it. It doesn't get that many reactions--THX for choosing it. I would imagine that whenever Igor is at the piano, he composed and arranged it. There are a number of videos showing him and Dimash playing, singing, etc behind the scenes--I think they have a good working relationship and that Dimash adds his own comments about what he thinks would work too. Aside from that, Erlan Bekchurin works in close collaboration with Dimash. He seems to be extraordinarily talented too--I think Dimash and he are on the same wavelength when it comes to musical ideas and arrangements.

Igor Krutoy composed this song. I am sure Dimash was involved in it all, knowing him and the perfectionist he is. But that part is just a guess. My other favorite version of this was sung at a Russian Concert on Ice which was honoring Igor. kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3uuhXiMg7aShrc Two skaters performed to this song and they did a wonderful job. A lot of stars were there including Andrea Bocelli. This is every year International Competition of young singers NEW WAVE in Sochi city at the coast of Black sea, subtropical recreation territory in Russia. Igor Krutoy is not composer only but producer also and its creator and owner. His team does this show every summer. 🙂💥❣🎼👍
