Loved your reaction and comments! Though I’ve watched this many times and did notice the reverse sounds at the beginning (did a French workshop on electro acoustic music in my youth), but never noticed the reverse waterfall! What I love about the Alan Badoev videos is that much us left to the viewer’s own interpretation. I’ve always seen this as Adam and Eve’s arrival on earth, the more animalistic side at first in the deserted unfriendly landscape. The growth of love through time (in terms of centuries), the reviving effect of water (and ability to transport it), discovery of fire, making clothing out of skins for protection, the invention of weapons, both literally and symbolically, man outrunning the fire (destruction?) he has created, and finally, man holding woman high up, giving her a respected position. You asked about Dimash’s role in the story. That was interesting. I always just assumed he was singing and that’s it. But thank you, now I started seeing it as his voice transcending time and place and making us aware of our place in the universe. Just my two cents…

И только вместе они могут летать. А так, когда каждый сам по себе, у каждого одно крыло, он не может взлететь, и они страдали до воссоединения.

Depending on the day and mood, I understand this MV differently. Sometimes as dawn and dusk, sometimes as birth and death, sometimes as development, sometimes as love and hate. I like Dimash's MV's because they are original and you can interpret the meaning or ending yourself. And Dimash maybe a voiceover? Or maybe a God looking at humanity. Again, a field for the imagination

I've always interpreted this video as the emergence of Adam and Eve. So dramatic, and the dancers were incredible! I think Dimash represented an Angel, or perhaps even God. He had very much of a watcher's role, only observing, and then at the end just walking away into the bleak landscape, the vast horizon and the wind.

I love this videos. With them, songs gets another dimension and meanings. Love does not mean just love between two specific people any more, but rather everlasting firstly passion and then love between every couple from eternity on … until they become One. Of course, this is my interpretation 🙂. Director of the video is Alan Badoev, and they did together another video -Love of tired swans … but for some people it is a bit to much 😄🤷‍♀️.
