The instrument that looks like a guitar or acoustic guitar is actually a traditional Kazakh instrument called "dombra". We can see him using this instrument in the songs "Dudarai" and "Adai+Daididau" or as part of the Durdaraz arrangement!

Splendid choreography. Red slots in perfectly with also the sound of "emergency" (as only Dimash could display so well), which together are most relevant to the song title "SMOKE". ❗He's fearless isn't he Carmen ? Have you seen that video of him about 3-4 years ago in a photo session where he just walked over, looked straight into the camera and said. I don't like this. Taking pictures. I don't like to dance. I don't like to play instruments onstage. I just want to SING. and walked off. They had to go and get him, came in smiling but somehow..
