Dimash is a genius! A great storyteller and paradigm breaker! Anyone who watched the video, made by a fan with his cell phone, of Dimash's show in Hong Kong, had the pleasure of a first contact with the song “When I've Got You” and realized, in Dimash's own music and in the lyrics by Candice Kelly and Dmytro Gordon, a romantic, seductive and passionate song sung with Dimash's own virtuosity. There was tension and anxiety in being able to watch the studio version with better sound quality... Now, with the release of this music video, we realize how creative Dimash is: A suspense video with a “noir” atmosphere, but without being located in the past, and a tale of passion about a supernatural creature who feels alone and needs to fulfill his passion for a mortal woman who suffers for wanting and not wanting turn her into one of his supernatural creatures. Iskander Yerbolat's plot intrigues us to solve the mystery of the entire tale being a dream of a journalist who interviews “DQ”, or being a reality where the “vampire” did not bite his “prey” out of love! Intriguing... The video is a show in itself: Desaturated with vivid red details (umbrella, blood in the hands, blood in the pool, advertising sign, neon on the mirror...), a classic Rolls Royce, a gloomy and modern mansion and lots of details. As background music, he uses the work “Flower Duet” (Lakimé) by Léo Delibes. To create an old and suspenseful atmosphere, he does not use the 1968 edition and recording, by Joan Sutherland and Jane Berbié, but rather the original version from 1915, sung by Alexandrovna Mikhailova and Ivanovna Panina, recorded with a gramophone! The music video is a story that pays homage to several classic dramas involving supernatural creatures and passion! The impeccable editing with precise cuts that complete the script, simple and extremely efficient effects and masterful performances: Dimash (the seductive and tormented vampire, Polina Guzieva (the passionate journalist), Manuel de Jesús Sánchez Sotolongo (the sinister butler) and the harem of soulless vampires (Angelin Sapozhnikova, Valeriya Lyasheva, Andreana Tkachenko, Maria Aristatarkhova, Lilia Kiser and Klinnyushina Alina), superb! The music is a show in itself: a mix of Blue, Scat, Jazz, R&B, Rock... So good to see you. You should check out his MV, The Story of One Sky. It is a 12 minute movie about war and the need for peace and acceptance of others regardless of origin, or religion etc. You will not believe the voice or rather voices in the MV. It is intense, it is sad. He composed the music, and the story and his acting is incredible.

Love the R&B vibe, Dimash's runs are insane! and his growl voice! :) This is so enjoyable. The video is so well done. The story is that she is an unknown journalist who DQ has granted an interview. She fantasizes/dreams that he is a vampire and that he is in love with her and she saves him! :D The lyrics are phenomenal and could be used in a number of places having to do with slavery or confinement or wanting to be free of anything, and a love story too,... but here Dimash is a vampire! :D Loved your reaction.

First time I've encountered you. (Sub'd and liked of course.) Great reaction, thanks, but I'm not going to comment on that because I'd rather try help you viz your comments about knowing Dimash, but having been blocked, so that's what I'll write about below. I just spent the last three minutes or so investigating Dimash on your channel. (I searched for "Dimash", saw a list of reactions over the years but nothing for a year, but also some long "I tried" and "something strange" videos that looked like they might reveal more. So then I clicked on each of them and searched their transcripts for "dimash". Bingo. Like I say, it's just 3 minutes or so, and now the time writing this comment, so not long at all, but I listened to your thoughts and feelings and frustrations about this, and I feel ya, I really do, it's gotta suck.) I'd love to hear otherwise, but I don't think you can yet take the fact this one got through as evidence that all future reactions to his videos won't get blocked in general from now on. For this specific video I read Dears saying he said it won't be blocked, and indeed I've seen dozens of reactions to this and no one has been blocked. (Some reactors have put up a precautionary overlay/blur/transform, but that was because they didn't know it didn't need that.) Maybe DimashAli have wised up, and realized it's best to let the MVs be promos for his concerts. It's even possible it was all a defensive maneuver during Covid because they were hurting financially after having to cancel the world tour that they setup for 2020/2021. Remember he's 100% independent, and the family had just laid down a ton of cash to send him on his first world tour -- only to have to cancel it before it started. That must have hurt financially, big time. Maybe they sold the rights to use of some of his videos, perhaps (hopefully) just for 2 or 3 years or something, whatever they estimated would be the pandemic duration? Dunno. Anyhow, things *might* have changed, especially for videos made from now on, but I think you need to keep an open mind about it. Take care, peace and love from the UK 🕊💚

When we did this on our Livestream last week, our Reactor always pauses a couple of time when she does Dimash. So that keeps her from being blocked. But YT can be nasty and she can get blocked over some no nothing video/artist/band etc. You cracked me up when you said that all the women said to go ahead and bite their necks. Even us old/er women, yessiree. I tried explaining to this one commenter on our channel the sexual/sensual component that happens with 1. vampires 2. Dimash as a vampire.
