The G6 is a good strong Whistle Note G6 is not Head Voice only his F#6 is pure head voice and the people who we know from singing knows that ;)

@ Yeah i know but the G6 that Dimash does is noy head voice is Whistle and then he can go up to a G#7 with a little bit of control and the C8 C#8 D8 is glottal Whistle or M4

​@@mrvocalranges1045 no, that g6 is a very thin flageolet. it has almost the same tonal quality as other notes in the section but is very thinner. although it's hard to tell for sure. it could be a whistle by the way, his f6 and f#6 are also flageolet

Attempts to "classify" Dimash's voice are interesting. Most people believe him to be a Tenor and apparently he has said that himself (probably long time ago). But Ken Tamplin makes the interesting argument that true Tenors can't (or extremely rarely) sing richly in Baritone range, therefore Dimash rates more as high Baritone. Apparently shorter tenor vocal cords are less good at going very high than longter well trained Baritone vocal cords. I think Creativa Mente videos show that Dimash's voice is full well lower than tenor.

i am 83 years old. My vocal range is A1 to at least F#6. I haven't tried to go higher. My chest voice goes from a Basso Profondo, to Baritone Bass to high Baritone to Tenor as I slide up the scale usually ending at E5. I started singing February 2019 at that time my highest chest note was D4 and I hardly ever used my falsetto. My chest voice is wonderful but I am learning to sing falsetto by singing along with Dimash's Ave Maria (about 6 months) and recently S.O.S.. My housekeeper loves my Ave Maria but my coach has pointed out that I have problems (vibrato not very steady, occasionally do not hit pitches right on, control is O.K. but not Dimash as is the power). So I practice. I keep looking for venues near me ( open mics Winchester Ma). I often get the same reaction as Dimash when I sing. Any suggestions where I could sing and get criticized. I am an amature but do not want lessons my coach is wonderful and is now working on my musical ear and I continue to practice to improve my falsetto.
