It was a surprise visit for dimash and he was not told about it, so as to not put any pressure on him that his dad is among the audience. If you want you can check out the full video. It was such a cute and happy moment when dimash spotted his dad after the performance while thanking the orchestra. The interaction between him and his dad is so heartwarming and wholesome to watch. Well you have found out that the guy doing the fist bump was his dad but in addition to that, it was decided that night after that second performance of Opera 2 in this competition that if he nailed it and remained a sensation that his dad would quit his obligations in Kazakhstan and become his full-time manager. And he also remains I’m sure the head of Dimash Ali creative center that he started when Di was about 16 or 17 years old.

He went three notes higher, that's not even half an octave. Vitas sings it very high and great too but Dimash shows that he's just on another level. And sincd Dimash is the first male nailing and beating this song completly he did that. What I want to say is that everything you said is right, but the three octaves higher than the original-thing is a bit to much lol. That register was never sung by anyone.

I know you've done "Unforgettable Day" from the Gakku concert but to me. the best version is the way he did it on this same show and The Show Must Go On. Dimash wrote Unforgettable Day when he was 19 yrs. old. This program "The Singer 2017" did have episodes that had cc for English subtitles for all the songs. You have reacted to 2 of the vocal trilogy in morissette & Dimash and sohyang makes up the trio of what is regarded as the three best singers in the world. As an opener ( I say ‘ opener’ because I am sure that when you’ve heard her sing once you’ll want to hear her again) I suggest a song you may already be familiar with so you can not only hear her amazing vocals but so you can also see her talent at arranging songs too. With this in mind I suggest her performance of ‘bridge over troubled water’ from the ‘immortal songs 2’ series. Alternatively, from the same show, her performance of ‘lean on me’ where the theme of that weeks show was the songs of Michael Bolton and he was in the audience to witness a performance that literally left him unable to speak & when he did compose himself he simply told her “that was spectacular”. There are so many recommendations I could make as this lady can sing any genre & can even be seen rapping. I look forward to future reactions & I am now a subscriber.

I think that song is about rat old man alone in the woods in his cabin and he hears the wind blowing outside. Dimash’s high notes represent the wind.

Another great Dimash reaction. Even though you think you already know him, he still surprises you. One great song of his that you haven't done is, Your Love (In Moscow). It is in English and very well done. Another shocker is Marcelito Pomoy's cover of The Prayer, in the Wish Bus Studio. This rec might be a little out in left field, but I see that Drum Set in the background. Have you heard of this young Japanese girl named Junna? She does an absolutely amazing drum cover of Dragonforce's Through The Fire And Flames. A song so difficult, that it scares the sh*t out of professional drummers.
