Dimash does all the voices for the backing vocals, which is why it sounds so good 😂 He also plays the dombra on this track and makes it sound like an acoustic guitar. The dancers are the flames of his fire and he's controlling them with his hand movements. In the US when rappers say 'We want all the smoke' it means they are ready to go into battle. So when Dimash sings 'Ready for the smoke!' he's telling people to be ready to take whatever he brings. He's ready for war and he means business. There are some people who don't like the idea of this song, maybe because of the lyrics being hard and challenging, maybe because of the imagery with the girls, the colours, the underwear showing etc. It's a bit of a departure from his 'angelic' side, but come on, the man is nearly 30 years old now. He can't stay a boy forever nor can he be put in a box. He's a complex person. He always does whatever he wants creatively, and this is a new sensual side to him we haven't seen so much of yet. Personally I love it. In the song Zhalyn he expressed himself very clearly - he said "What flaw did you suddenly notice in me? How would you like me to be? Live by your rules? Don't ask it of me, it won't be. All my moves, All my impulses, The essence of my nature - You take it as it is." I like that. As always, thank you a wonderful reaction!! Wow, that's a nice attempt to rationalize the ugly lyrics of this song. By singing such stuff, Dimash betrays a remarkably bad taste - or he shamelessly caters to the bad taste of Western pop audiences. I don't think there is any meaningful relation of this lyrics to Dimash himself. Dimash apparently just wanted a gangster theme for this, so the lyrics was written as it is. To interpret any personal statement of Dimash into this, is in my view just an excuse for this lyrical fail.

Thank you. This was influenced by Dimash's visit to L.A. in the U.S.A. and I think that it will appeal to a lot of people in the west who hadn't heard Dimash before. It is very catchy and this 'performance video' is very fun with really cool dancers. There is a music video that is coming out soon too of 'Smoke'. I think that it is quite different from this. Dimash likes ALL music and is willing to explore all types. He surprises us each time with something new and different from what we've heard from him before. And then at concert he gives all in multiple languages, genres, lyrics, etc. He IS music. :)

Essa é a segunda música de Dimash em parceria com Dmytro Gordon (arranjos, instrumentos, composição, junto com Dimash...) e Candice Kelly (letra): A primeira música foi "When I've Got You" (do Simash "vampiro")! O instrumento que soa como uma guitarra acúsitica ou violão é na verdade um instrumento tradicional do Cazaquistão chamado "dombra". Podemos vê-lo utilizando este instrumento nas músicas "Dudarai" e "Adai+Daididau", como parte do arranjo Durdaraz!

Спасибо за ваше видео! Димаш пробует себя в разных жанрах, для выступления на концертах нужны и такие ритмичные поп композиции. I think this is a pathway into western music without losing his eastern foundations. Dimash and his team of associates are very aware of where to go and how to go...the proof of the pudding is in the eating. He is tenacious and seems to have unlimited vibrance, power, performance, focus, and everything else that would tire the rest of us out. We are going to need a catalogue to keep up soon.

No choirs its all him, every voice you hear on this track is Dimash, he is the music producer for all his songs and here, as he often does, he layers his voice. He is also the composer and the guitar like sounds you hear, thats also Dimash playing his Dombra. He always tries to incorporate elements of Kazakh folk instruments in his music if he can. Dimash has always been a pop singer since he started. In China he sang pop with his classical training mixing the two. He calls it Neo Classical, its not a new thing for him, its his passion. He did a few songs with Igor Krutoy that were more classically inclined but they weren't his sings. Most of what Dimash composes is a mix of pop/Classical/R&B/Rock, Jazz/gospel. You name it he will mix it. You have even heard him rap. So it really isn't a new thing for him at all. He just breathes music and loves to mix it all coherently in each of his more modern, contemporary songs. He also composes some classical songs but there is always some contemporary elements like the end of El Amor en Ti, or pop/folk/classical as in The Story of One Sky ❤ Dimash always strives to improve himself, and he likes to surprise us with each new song he releases, and I am here for it ❤

Здравей , Рафа . Според мен Димаш няма да поеме по този път ( на поп музиката ) . В репертоара му винаги е имало по някое поп парче , но това е заради разнообразието в творчеството му , заради разнообразието на слушателите ( от 8 до 88 годишни и различни стилове на предпочитания ), но и заради концертите , които продължават 3 + часа и не може да пее само сложни песни . Трябва да има и поп парчета ( за почивка на гласа , а и за разнообразие в настроението ) . Според мен той ще продължи по същия път , като до сега и винаги ще има изненади . Не забравяй , че в началото на тази година пя песен в стил джаз -фолк . А лятото предстои да представи песен към новия филм на Джеки Чан . Прегръдки и целувки от България ❤❤❤

Conheci o Dimash cantando S.O.S e até o presente momento é a melhor interpretação da vida dele... ( não gostei do novo estilo pop desse vídeo)... Não ouviria, deste estilo já tem muitos... Kudaibergen é anos luz melhor que isso... Ele deveria ficar no erudito.
