I think you missed a few critical points in the story: 1. The 3 children on the beach grew up to become the fascist dictator, a common soldier, (Dimash) and the soldier's pregnant wife. 2. The little girl who was shot is Dimash's daughter. 3. Dimash shoots the fascist dictator, the boy who saved him from drowning, out of grief, rage and revenge. That's why Dimash pays with his life. Dimash had the same message at the end as you said, but he did it artistically and with music. It's a lot of story condensed into 13 minutes, and many people need a few viewings to grasp all the nuance.

Oh, how I wish you would have realized that the little girl was Dimash's daughter!!! It makes such a difference - and that scene between Dimash and his dead daughter showed us all the amazing acting abilities of Dimash! Given all of Dimash's abilities along with the fact that he is now working with David Foster in the United States, I anticipate that he is rapidly headed for Hollywood - and complete world renown. If this would come to fruition, no one would deserve it more than our "Dear" Dimash Qudaibergen!!!!! A final point - on the topic of violence. I am 71 years old and was raised in the hippy generation. As a result, I have believed in a passive, compassionate, loving toward approach toward all people for most of my life. Last year, however, I read a scholarly article that discussed current world events. The situation was of great concern to the author, because it was in his/her opinion that the outcomes could go either way. More specifically, the author was not as concerned about the aggressive right wing radicals as they were for the passive left wing liberals, because the left just might let things happen and say NOTHING, giving free reign to the right. It was at that moment I realized that whenever a bully, regardless of origin and whether they be singular or a collective group, that bully must be met with a firm and resounding NOOOO!!! So, in ASOOS not only did Dimash's character avenge his child's murder, he concurrently saved untold hundreds of other innocent people, who would just happened to be in the way of their greedy, myopic desires. #justsayin

The video shows once again that Dimash is an absolute genius. In singing but also as an actor and as a storyteller. The powerful message conveyed by this video is more relevant today than ever. I think this video is mostly about the message. This message however, is for the first time more important than his vocal abilities. His voice is just the tool in this video. But indispensable and simply indescribable. His singing is indescribable and I don’t have the words to express it adequately. But it is only the mediator of what this video is about. This is so heartbreaking and sad and an awesome masterpiece. Pure goosebumps. He worked on this composition for three years and also wrote the screenplay. The premiere was on September 24, 2022. As some have mentioned, this video should be seen by many people. It may be very brutal for some. But let’s not forget that for many, including children, this is everyday life in some countries. And Dimash relentlessly shows us how ugly war is. Dimash was the littel boy who was drowning in the beginning and he gave the necklace to his childhood friend (and future leader) and the girl. The girl on the beach was his future wife. And she gave birth to her second child in the video. The littel girl who was shot was Dimashs and her first daughter. Desperation and maybe revenge has led him to kill his former friend. But violence always breeds violence, and because of this, not only is the leader dead, but so is Dimash. Dimash in the last sequence of the video was the baby (and not the dead Dimash walking in afterlife) that was born and now as a grown man unites people of different nationalities and religions for peace. Hello friend! Thank you for your sincere reaction! When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least!😢 Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that? Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace and harmony, through his music, MVs and many charities he dedicates his time to. He is a Legend and will go down in History. The mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was made by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The Piper grew up and started a war, using the symbol of the necklace as the crest on his army uniform. This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it: 1) Dimash, who was drowning at the beginning and at the end. 2) The Piper, the one who saved Dimash, and who became the leader, and who was killed by Dimash at the end. 3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son at the end, who inherited the necklace from his mother…, they were all torn by the war. For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim, Shepard or Wise Man at the end of the video was Dimash’s newborn son, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love and harmony. He film is based on a story written by Dimash with his own screenplay. (I worked on this piece for 3 years). Director Alina Veripya spoke about creating the music video for the new song: the clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character, two friends linked by childhood stories and symbols of eternal friendship. One day the friend saves the protagonist when he drowns. However, there is already competition in these children's story, where the boys love one girl and she chooses one. The second goes through a kind of psychological The disintegration and transformation of children's problems into an adult world of totalitarianism and struggle. When he becomes a commander, the opponent carries the idea of saving the war: the young boy who presents the tokens of friendship he made will marry the girl (Dimash). She will give birth. A baby girl (murdered) and a mother waiting for another baby. Friends were scattered, and the third friend became an enemy, friends are enemies, because of the war, It is shocking how the cry of true helplessness of a father embracing his murdered daughter is practically coupled with the cries of a woman in labor who brings a child into the traumatized world of soldier (Dimash). That he was searching for his family and that he had found the dead body of his daughter and I think believing that his pregnant wife had also died, and felt the death of life, he decides, as the only way out in that moment of uncontrollable pain is revenge. he's portraying the reality of our time - the opening scene of kids who started out as friends can change as adults. One follows the Piper's (political leaders/warmonggers) tune and become the tyrant commander, the other (Dimash) joins the resistance and fights for his family - innocent life of a child is caught in the crossfire, revenge leads to childhood friends becoming enemies and both dies - nobody wins in a war basically - that's the message for me. Dimash has produced a brilliant piece of work here in his depiction of the "senseless horrors" that war brings and that ordinary people can put a stop to it if they turn away from the Pipers and follow the light instead., Light being our inherent humanity which shuns violence, cruelty, greed and the vanity of man in the present. my 2cents. thanks for this lovely reaction!

I interpret the scene of killing the dictator at the end of the video in three ways: The most obvious one is that Dimash took revenge for the death of his daughter And that he probably thought his wife and unborn child were also killed Second, by killing the dictator, he probably prevented the death of several million people And my personal opinion is that Dimash showed the essence of war with this music video and that war forces people to kill each other.

What I love about Dimash is that he does not use his vocal abilities to show off, but to serve the song: through his voice, he’s telling us a story. How can you not admire and respect such a wholesome artist with a beautiful heart and soul? Dimash’s song, video, and message are so powerful and compelling: The Story of One Sky - that Dimash composed himself - is a heartfelt plea for peace and unity. Thus, although we are divided into different countries, races and faiths, we all share the same sky. We could feel his pain, passion, and desperation in his heavy metal like scream because he truly cares. Dimash has found his calling as an artist: presenting his Kazakh culture to the world, but also spreading compassion, love, respect, and unity through his voice and music. Indeed, in this short film (it’s more than a simple MV at this point!), Dimash is showing us that war is NOT the path to peace. War does not unite people like the antagonist preaches; but leads to “senseless horror”, destruction, grief, and death. At the end, he shows us the alternative to war by leading people from different faiths and cultures to the true path of peace and unity. At last, I admire Dimash’s strong conviction and courage. I believe he is showing many circumstances of life, what fate and the path a person chooses can have different outcomes. That when there are wars or violence no matter what side your on the outcome is the same no one wins, a different solution needs to be found. Throughout history violence and wars leaves nothing but pain and suffering that affects people for generations. It just keeps going round and round. We do need to stop following crazy pipers and choose life. I feel this is a great piece of art that does what a great piece of art should do which is happening right now, getting people talking and discussing tough topics. Many will see this piece of work totally different and that wonderful as long as we keep talking.

I read that Dimash made it clear that he is not advocating for people to kill dictators. Dimash himself is anti-violence. It is difficult to separate Dimash from his work due to his vocal and acting skill, but I see this as his portrayal of the tragic hero archetype. The hero is caught in brutal circumstances and is finally overwhelmed by his grief and anger. Yet at the end, even after killing the dictator, he lowers his weapon rather than continue killing. To me, Dimash uses this powerful archetypal story to express the brutality and pointlessness of war, not to condone it.

Yes! Indeed! DQ's grief drove him to seek revenge for his little daughter's life being snuffed out before she'd had a chance to live it like so many children past, present and sadly, in the future as well. This evil act is another product of war and tends to fuel the killing with an eye for an eye mentality. DQ recently said something to the effect that taking a life to save a life is just an excuse for killing and violent aggression. I agree with him yet, how do we stop the violence without using it?

I also see it as violence is always answered with more violence. The dictator’s war brings violence against the people. DQ’s character is driven to revenge - another act of violence. His vengeance is answered with a final act of violence where he himself is killed. Where does it end unless we make a conscious decision to stop killing and choose life instead? Requiem: The Story of One Sky This is subtitled "Requiem” but it is also a vision and a call to action. Dimash is steeped in sacred music and has a deep understanding of the mystic teachings and symbolism of the major world religions as well as Kazakh shamanism. It is not by coincidence that the first performance of this work took place on September 14, 2022, at the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Kazakhstan. The written statement at the end of the video is directly from the “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed jointly on February 4, 2019, by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad El-Tayeb. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting. Everything Dimash does is intentional, and this piece has layers that would take a dissertation to unravel. I only touch on some of what struck me in the symbolism. The music is a dissertation all by itself. The pendant is an interesting element. It is a gnomon from a maritime compass sundial. This triangular blade is attached to the sundial, casting a shadow on the sundial while the perforated pinhole projects the image of the sun onto the dial. It was used for both timekeeping and navigation, with the gnomon oriented to True North. (Thank you, Snarky Tart for that information). In the MV, the child who later becomes the military commander never puts on the necklace. After Dimash, the boy, gives his friend the pendant, the camera focuses on his hand and shows that his friend has bent the gnomon in anger over being rejected by the girl. Thus bent, it can never be oriented to True North, and he has lost his moral compass. Later, we see a version of the gnomon as the military insignia on the uniforms of the commander and his soldiers but distorted and without the hole that allows light to shine through rendering it useless as a compass. When we lose the original intent of a symbol by twisting it into something it is not or by just paying lip service, it no longer has any spiritual meaning. At best it becomes a useless prop, at worst it is used to mislead and manipulate people. Contemporary music is also present: With the phrase "We have passed the moment of Imagine," Dimash reminds us that we are past the sentiments evoked by the song "Imagine" by John Lennon. It is time to stop dreaming about a world of peace and harmony. If we choose life, if we wish for peace, if we want a world without war for our children and grandchildren, we must act and take up the long hard path up the mountain towards the light. It is the only way. The storyline is a very human one: we start as innocents until our hearts are broken, we fail, or our dreams are not realized. If in our pain and disappointment, we turn to anger and blame instead of acceptance, power instead of love, greed and envy instead of generosity, hatred instead of forgiveness, and revenge instead of justice, we sow the seeds for conflicts that can turn into war. The Piper's call is seductive as it promises redress for our grievances, control over our circumstances, and power over those who thwarted us, and this appeals to our wounded ego. However, let's remember that the Piper is a symbolic figure of Death from the Middle Ages, often used as a metaphor for trusting and following charismatic but dangerous and malevolent leaders to certain death. Even if we resist, as the adult Dimash character does, we often employ the same methods and weaponry as the Piper, and thus those who fight back betray peace as well because peace cannot be won through violence. That is the dilemma of those of us who did not start the war, who do not support the war, but are forced to respond in order to defend ourselves and those we love. How can we rid the world of evil without becoming what we fight against? The burning sign "Waldenberg" is a reference to the end of WWII when the US Army destroyed the last of the resistance by the German Wehrmacht close to the end of the war in April 1945 in the part of Germany where I grew up. I have seen the aftermath of war as I was born a few years later when much of Germany was still in rubble. Waldenburg is only 28 miles from my hometown and was completely destroyed as you can see from the picture. Many of the dead in those bombed-out buildings were women and children. The good guys defeated evil but at what price? War is not the answer. We must find better ways to keep evil in check. iowaculture.gov/.../american-troops-move-through The last movement is powerful: The cries over the loss of a beloved child and the cries of giving birth to new life are presented as a call-and-response grounded by a powerful Om chant that creates a sacred space, reminding us that death and birth are both sacraments and are interwoven in the tapestry of life. Dimash's vocalization and the pilgrims representing world religions and religious leaders, past and present, walking together shift the narrative toward the final conflict and finally redemption. When Dimash’s character decides to avenge the murder of his daughter, his state of consciousness is reflected in the darkening sky with lightning bolts of anger accompanying the storm of his emotions that buffets the pilgrims and hinder progress. The fog of war obscures the light. When he is killed after exacting retribution, he is dropped back into the "sacred womb" of Earth, the ocean of love and mercy, and is cleansed of the old hatreds and grievances that only bring more death and suffering. He breaks the wheel of endless war and suffering by choosing life. Dimash's scream of “we’re choosing life” is that of giving birth: the old earthly consciousness of an eye for an eye has to die to make way for a new spiritual consciousness that embraces all life. Soul is breaking free to return to its natural state of love and purity as exemplified by the images of the children and the newborn baby. The blowing of the shofar signals God's mercy for humankind when it turns from wrong to right: in the Zohar, the book of Jewish mysticism, it says: “When human beings repent of their sins, they blow the shofar on earth. Its sound ascends On High and awakens the heavenly shofar, and so mercy is aroused, and judgment is removed.” Reborn as a leader for peace and love, Dimash's character in the form of his son becomes a spiritual guide for all of mankind on our shared journey up the mountain towards the light of God, however we may interpret or name the divine. We are all on the same path, even if our personal narratives, cultural heritage, race, and spiritual orientations are very different from one another. By focusing on our common destination rather than on our differences, we can walk together in peace and love and mutual respect. Carl Jung wrote: “Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness's of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside dreams, and who looks inside, awakes.” This is what Dimash has done with this work; he has made the darkness conscious. We can only raise our individual and collective consciousness by bringing to light what needs to be healed in our lives and our world, and then we need to work together to restore wholeness to what is broken and bring about peace and unity, one step at a time. We don’t have to wait. We can start right now. As the hymn tells us: "Let there peace in the world, and let it begin with me." Baraka Bashad.

That is the grandiose and impressive result of three years of compositional work by Dimash Qudaibergen. This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children. Story: The clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character and his 2 friends are linked in eternal friendship through childhood stories and a symbol (necklace). One day, the friend saves the protagonist when he is drowning. However, there is already competition in this children's story as the boys are in love with the girl and she chooses 'Dimash'. The pendant is a gnomon, the shadow hand of a sundial, which also served as a sea compass before antiquity. Uniform wearers wear this symbol on their heads. So it can't work. The second experiences a kind of nervous breakdown and transfers the children's problems into the world of adult totalitarianism and struggle. By becoming President, the antagonist (Piper - in reference to the 'Pied Piper of Hamelin') carries within himself the idea of a war to save: “Only war will lead us to peace. Only the strongest can find love in their hearts. You must be strong enough to give freedom to the world. A world where every city, every home is one. We will guide all who are ready to start this new life. Anyone who resists has no business with us. I choose freedom. The world is open to me and I want to give it to you. War for the people is the way to unity.” The main character also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love. While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife (the very girl from his childhood) and his daughter. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge. However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace. A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together. These are my views on this amazing masterpiece Story of One Sky - I have watched this many times and still find things out that i never thought of amazing video and i have said it before if anyone could bring peace i strongly believe Dimash could make it possible. This needs to be shared worldwide to show people there is another way. War is never the answer because the only ones to suffer are the innocent. Rewatched the song of Dimash today one line stood out to me One of the most profound lines in The Story of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY, GREED and POWER. The boy who was drowning was (Dimash's character as a child) made the necklaces that were given to the girl who grew up to be (Dimash's pregnant wife) and the boy who saved him who (grew up to be the military leader), possibly out of jealousy. The military leader waged his war The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end!!! The Dimash at the end can also be seen as Dimash in the afterlife leading others to the light in peace. The This video needs to be shown worldwide. Something else i noticed is in his dying breath he sang (We're Choosing Life) as he finally passed away now that is powerful

вы неправильно поняли клип. Сочувствую вам. Наши отцы и деды убивали фашистов на нашей территории -это было оборона и возмездие. Но они не убивали мирных людей,детей и матерей. Грош цена солдату ,мужу если не защитит свой дом,свою семью от поругания со стороны насильника и тирана. И герой Димаша в конце, упал назад в воду, потому что убил того, кто когда-то его из воды вытащил, дав шанс на его любовь, детей и тд. Димаш капнул намного глубже. Именно это падение в воду взрослого героя и его крик о том, что всегда надо выбирать жизнь. Вот это зерно повествования. А про дедов и отцов тоже очень сложно. Я из потомков прволжских немцев. Из 24 человек с 1939 по 1942 выжили 3. И это были не фашисты, кто их убивал, грабил и насиловал. Что же теперь мне, как потомку на русских кидаться? Я выбираю жизнь, хоть и знаю боль и горе моей бабушки, которую русские провели через ад. И она не озлобилась, нашла силы воспитывать сына ( моего самого лучшего на свете папу) Так, что жизнь она намного сложнее фильма " Ворошиловский стрелок" кстати фильм отличный, до мурашек.

This masterpiece is very rich on so many levels: the composition, the vocal performance, the script, the lyrics, the direction, etc. I must have watched this a hundred times, and still discover more each time, like now with your few pointers on the composition. I remember Dimash mentioning three years ago that he was working on a major composition, then some time later, his mentioning getting stuck at a certain point in the composition, etc. As a musician, you naturally focused primarily on the music. As you rewatch this again and again, you will peel away all the layers, find all the symbolism in the script and the lyrics. Regarding the killing: I think Dimash’s message is that some people find no way out except through killing but this is not the solution (as he gets killed in turn immediately, leaving his wife a widow and his newborn an orphan). The final Dimash, in my opinion, is again a symbolic one, joining the travelers or seekers of truth.

Would you snap and kill your former friend who saved you from drowning and became a monster dragging people in a senseless war and ultimately be responsible to your little daughter be killed? Hard question. Definitely understandable and not even surprising especially if you could stop further killing too. Could I do it? I don't think so but... I fortunately never was in such horrible situation. Even Dimash's character seams to simply give up he stands motionless and broken and let himself be shot. I think he tries to show how completely senseless war is - three children, friends and in the end two of them dead and the child of one of them too, the third a widow losing her husband, daughter and a former friend - just like he said "senseless horror". In his "son" leading the survivers of different religion in peace to the light Dimash is showing the answer, Don't follow crazy Pipers/leaders into destruction just turn away...

Thank you so much for your analysis & your thoughtful response ❤️ It's very interesting actually to see Dimash develop on this. He loves action movies & playing soldier. So much so that his video for Golden which was quite violent as well made many people (me included) uncomfortable (not to mention all the harmful tropes, ugh) . However with this one I can see he's given it far more thought. He is realistic enough to understand that evil needs to be fought. That's why he is saying, we are past the moment of Imagine. No time to dream. And so his character, after finding his own daughter dead, feels only the desire to kill the childhood friend that murdered her. The message is that the very fact that evil needs to be fought perpetuates it, war feeds war. This is why the ending is so important. The child wearing the pendant shows that he could become anyone, a hero or a tyrant. But it turns out that it's Dimash character returning, seeing how his shirt is soaked with blood just where he was shot. Only in this lifetime he chooses to unite people & religions, to change people's souls. He takes on the karma of all the killing if you will, and tasks himself with forging unity to prevent war from happening again. This is where Dimash sees himself musically & it's breathtaking. Not to mention how he is building the concept of the Stranger myth, the reborn warrior. What an amazing artist. If only he could stop comparing himself to MJ bc Dimash is the greater visionary in my book ❤️

Any good work always allows the viewer to become a co-author, allows us to create interpretations ourselves, but within the limits of the main author's message. A complex work often requires repeated careful viewing. Dimash's first message: we are born equal, pure, potentially good people. Children are an unwritten book in which life can fit any plot. We see three friends who, as children, are full of nobility and courage (an older boy selflessly saves his friend), a thirst for knowledge of the world and a thirst to share these discoveries. However, already at these stages, the first signs of disagreement appear: a brave boy, pumping out a friend, looks for approval from a girl with his eyes. He wants to look like a hero in her eyes. But the girl does not notice this, her heart has already been given to another, and only his fate cares about her. That's the first disappointment of life - a feat will not make you a hero. You can't expect a fair reward from people. A friend may not meet your expectations. What other disappointments will this boy know, who eventually transforms from a selfless young man into a ruthless and cynical dictator? The amulet (the arrow of the solar clock showing both time and direction) has become a symbol of different ideas in the hands of our heroes. For a couple in love, it is a symbol of unity, indicating their common path (they have become a married couple, they have a daughter and a son will be born in the final). Another boy never accepted this amulet as a symbol of friendship (he does not wear it on his chest near his heart), he bent it in a fit of rage (thus the arrow stopped pointing the right way) and used this amulet upside down as a symbol of his false inverted ideals. He became a dictator (in the lyrics of the song - a Pied Piper, who draws children to destruction with the sounds of his lying flute). Many years later we see that the Dictator unleashed a bloodbath in the name of his false ideals. Many believe that Dimash portrays the opposing side of Good to Evil. I see something else. A patch on the sleeve of Dimash's character is poked into our eyes several times: a complex interweaving of sharp corners and circles. Dimash's character is not a leader, he is an ordinary soldier who has also taken some ideological side. What do these circles and angles represent? Who stands behind Dimash's character and pushes him into battle? Maybe he's protecting his city from invasion? Apparently not! Everything points to the fact that this is a civil war, because the action takes place in their hometown. All three of them lived in this city, and now they are feuding and destroying their home. Waldenberg in this clip is the personification of the whole planet. We all live under the same sky. And in this sense, ANY WAR is a civil war, fueled by various but ALWAYS false ideas, including territorial claims. I think this is the second message of Dimash, directly following from the title of the clip. Therefore, behind the back of Dimash's character is another exactly the same Pied Piper, with complex, confusing and false ideas pushing his followers into this meat grinder. The plaque with the name of the city in Gothic script Waldenberg is a direct reference to the real German city of Waldenburg, completely destroyed by Allied troops during World War II, when there was no need at all, because by the end of the war there were mostly only women and children in this city. The one who was supposed to bring good brought evil. Dimash's third message is that war has no good sides. All participants in wars are somehow agents of evil. Is it an accident that Waldenburg translates as "The City of Waldemar"? Well, or Vladimir in the Slavic version. Both leaders of the modern confrontation are called Vladimir ... Dimash certainly sympathizes with his character, he understands what exactly drives his hero, but does not justify his actions. When his character, driven by anger, despair and revenge, comes to the Dictator for retribution, then a storm begins in a world where souls of different faiths, cultures, ethnicities, epochs who have chosen the road to light (good) have been walking along a thorny road for thousands of years of human history! Dimash's character, having killed his savior, thanks to whom he lived all these years, immediately receives karma in return and returns to the waters of nothingness, where he should have stayed many years ago. At the moment of death, the thirst for life gives him the last most powerful life lesson: acceptance of the idea of the primordial value of human life. FOR EVERYONE WITHOUT EXCEPTION! Even for a Dictator! Even for his daughter's murderers! This is the fourth very important message of Dimash. In a near-death epiphany, his hero sees in flashbacks the moments of his life, both bright (shots from his childhood) and unrighteous (shots of how he takes the lives of his opponents). It is this repentance that allows the soul of Dimash's character to transform and be reborn in the best version of himself. I too love that Dimash communicates Universally in word and song! 💖 I wrote in a comment to a fancam live version of this song that Dimash is the Prince of song and peace. And a few people wrote to me this: "Please don't call Dimash the Prince of Peace because that title has been taken by Jesus". I am very spiritual but I do not identify or belong to any religion, and I never would. While I respect all religions, I see myself as a soul among souls, a citizen of the Universe, a child of Infinite Light along with all other beings of all orders everywhere in all Universes. And I thought wow, do you honestly believe Christ is thinking "That's right, that's my title, don't anybody ever use it or call anyone that either! 🤣I want only myself to be called that"? I REALLY enjoyed your analysis of both the music composition and the story. The thing I think you missed, though, is that the "tyrant" is the little boy who saved Dimash's life when he was drowning as a child. I think you didn't notice the small pendant from the case on the beach that Dimash had made into a necklace for the three children and then showed up on the three ADULT children. So in essence (the way I see it), war turned these two childhood friends against each other. (And the little girl who was killed was Dimash's daughter.)

What the shooting in this video is concerned, I was surprised too, especially because that leader is his childhood friend. Great review!!! The video must be seen many times to get the details. I think every minute shot has meaning to the message Dimash is telling. While this is a message obviously pointed at the Pipers of the world, there are other interpretations. I have Pipers inside of me that I aimlessly follow. Let it not be lost that , as fate would have it, the Dimash soldier character having lost his daughter to this conflict, is faced with, in revenge, killing the boy who saved his life. It shows the futility of war and the persistence of violence in destroying humanity. In the end he also loses his wife and his own life. The clip is divided into several parts. The first one is about childhood. The main character, his 2 friends are connected by childhood stories and symbols of eternal friendship. One day the friend saves the Protagonist when he drowns. However, there is already competition in this children’s story, as the boys are in love with one girl, and she chooses one. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge. However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace. A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together. This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. I sobbed for 3 days. Heartbreaking and beautiful. "Life is a journey. Man is a caravan." I think those are the words. (I wish those words had subtitles.) Dimash's character was trying to save his family and people. People have to take up arms in defense. They can't just roll over and die. It is human to try to stay alive. It is in our DNA. They don't choose it. In this story the dictator is killing his family, trying to kill him. I think this shocked us all to see Dimash with a gun. (Not something many young men and women would choose when they would rather be playing, falling in love, studying, singing.) When he killed his childhood friend, it was TRAGIC. Then, when he was killed, we almost feel every bullet, because we love him. When he screams under water, I hear the pain of all the soldiers who died in all the wars.

And some more thoughts and findings that I want to share with you about this video: Dimash packs this short film with a ton of symbolism. You need to watch it many times carefully frame by frame to get them all. Examples (details discovered by a German Dimash fan): the little metal pieces Dimash as the boy finds in the abandoned boat are pieces of a sundial with the hole in the middle (called a gnomon) is where the sun shines through to illuminate the time on the sundial. The sundial gnomon has to point to north to tell the correct time and is used by sailors to navigate the seas. Note the older boy does not put the necklace around his neck but only holds it in his hand after crumpling it out of shape. Next scene you see the same crumpled symbol in front of the adult boy (now ruler) and then an upside down version of the symbol without the hole used as the uniform symbol which makes it unusable for navigation (can no longer find his way). The pilgrims climbing uphill are representatives of all the major religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, etc.) symbolizing the hardship of religious leaders trying to lead their flocks toward the light, struggling and failing. Note one frame shows a man holding the Koran and bearing the cross on a necklace around his neck symbolizing there should be religious unity of purpose. The storm symbolizing increasing difficulties moving toward the light. The town of Waldenburg, Germany that was the last town resisting in WWII and fell to the US Military who killed every living soul in the town in order to rout the enemy soldiers. Every man, woman and child living in the city was killed. (Symbolic of the fact that it doesn't matter who does the killing, everyone died.) The name "Piper" has two similar meanings: The first is a reference to the legend of the "Piper of Hamelin" who had the task of hypnotizing the city's rats and drowning them in the sea. But the flutist, unpaid, hypnotized the entire population of the city and took them to their death! It is, therefore, a seductive message that leads to death! The other meaning tells the true story of a World War II battle where insane Canadian soldier Bill Millin, called "Mad Pipper", played bagpipes at the front, dressed in a "kilt", while his comrades were killed. ! The sound of the harmonica served to muffle the shots and motivate the companions and became a symbol of the "madness of war"!

Thank you for this reaction. Basically everything has been said so far. Maybe a little note from me. The text that appears at the end is a quote from a long statement "Document on "Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together" signed by His Holiness Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahamad al-Tayyib (Abu Dhabi, 4 February 2019) , 04.02.2019". It was probably around that time in 2019 when Dimash started to write the music of the song and to write the script for the video. Dimash met both the Pope and the Grand Imam (who wrote this document) at the 7th Congress of World and Traditional Religions in Astana Kazakhstan this year just before the video was released. He also premiered this song live at this congress with a different imagery in the background. You are the first reactor making comments on his brilliant composition. The little girl was Dimash’s daughter in the story and his wife gives birth to his son…. His childhood friend whom he saved from drowning became the dictator who Dimash ends up killing because his soldiers killed his daughter.

Well, some considerations: (1) The artifact that the boy found in the trunk and that was turned into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle for a sundial (a rustic device for keeping time); (2) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation of the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). After hypnotizing the rats with his magic flute and drowning them in the Weser, the artist went to collect the amount owed (one coin per head) and was not paid (they alleged that he did not present the "heads" of the rats). He then hypnotized one hundred and thirty children from the city of Hamelin and locked them in a cave. Yeah, well, the "pied piper" (also called "ratcatcher") has become synonymous with the tyrant who uses a mesmerizing speech and leads to death! (3) The term "Imagine" refers to the song of the same name by John Lennon; (4) The final text is part of the document generated at the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, held in Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) on 09/14/2022 and was attended by Pope Francis, representing the Catholic Church.

The girl that died was Dimash daughter. The woman who gave birth was his wife and she died, too. You said you wont kill any bad guys..but let me ask you this. What happen if all your families, your love ones, your young beautiful children killed by this bad guys because of their own agenda. And opportunity comes that you can end their attrocities by ending their life, will you not do it still? You said who are we to decide?...but who are they to decide as well to kill innocent people and if they wont be stopped, they will just keep going to kill more. So does your love ones lives doesnt matter? If we are not in this kind of circumstances, its easy to make a decision, unless a complex situation arises, our views and beliefs wont be challenged and change to a different outcome. The woman was the young girl on the beach and also his wife as they got older she was pregnant with the sun. His boy, the colonel was the tall kid on the beach that saved him from drowning Demarsh thought his family. All his family was dead, because it’s old is the girl was the one that got shot and was murdered by the soldier he thought his whole family was gone. That’s why he went after the colonel.

In case it wasn’t clear or obvious, the “Commander”, the soldier, and the woman giving birth are the three children on the beach. The necklaces are the symbol for that.
