Great reactions, thank You. Dimash is great with his wide range, but he is fenominall in the more quiet songs. You schould hear his own song, Omir, which is very low key but beautyfull, he has created great lyrics and Dimash is singing divinely and very intimately. Its a treat. His younger brother is on his guitar and Dimash om piano himself. Its the live video with only the two of Them in a studio. Its in kasack his own language. Greetings from a fest from Denmark.

Dimash broke through worldwide on the Chinese tvshow "I am a singer" in 2017 with the cover song SOS. He was 22 that year but turned 23 on 24-05-2017. PS: Dimash trains very hard, is still in school and became every year a better singer.

Dimash is already a man, but his appearance depends largely on stylists. In the East, there is a new fashion for "wax" faces, smoothed to the point of absurdity. For example, in Korea, even photos for passports or other documents are so heavily retouched that the person cannot be recognized. Dimash's New Year's performance was in China and there are definitely a lot of filters used. Considering that Dimash constantly travels between different time zones and different climate zones, you can often see a lack of sleep on him, sometimes he catches colds. Contrary to appearances, it is hard work. The song has beautiful lyrics, on Dimash's official channel the song has a translation. Unless you watched when the translation had not yet been uploaded. The second song sung in a duet is spectacular.

I don't know the lyrics by heart, but this song is basically about the loneliness of love. 'Dust..spectacular but lonely..'. '..like an ancient statue in a museum..' About the casual indifference that can grow. He longs for more from her, he tries to show it, but it's not returned. Yet he is still willing to wear the 'crown' she gave him, even if it hurts. At least, that's how i understand it. It's a beautiful and haunting song. ❤

Dimash can (and does) sing many songs without high parts, but I also think that he adds in his own "dimashy" bits to some songs that don't have high notes and need them! 🇨🇦

The Crown is a recomposed original song he sang in Kazakh. The lyrics are changed to accommodate Mandarin for the Chinese market. I prefer the Kazakh native tongue version a bit more. But The Crown is also beautiful. There is an English subtitled version somewhere and the story is about a crown of thorns. Pain of being in love in a desperate love affair.

great reaction ladies. I don't remember the song you first heard from him but he probably would have been about 22. That's when he huge career started, when he was on the Chinese show The Singer, and those are the songs that a lot of people first started listening to. He'll be 31 this May. As the comment below mine said, yes, he is phenomenal with his slow songs too. I love the song Angel Love he recorded in the summer, not sure if you've heard that but if not, it's beautiful (though no really high pitches), but I still think you'll like it.
