Oooh, these are 'conchas", also this is how 'pan de muerto', for Día de Muertos (Saint Dead's Day) are often made (the recipe change by region). I was intrigued about this Mexico Bun because those are not sell by that name here, but as 'conchas'. Amazing recipe and I recommend to eat them with hot cocoa, a nice cup of milk coffee or pure milk. You will love it!
