If it doesn't work try to first turn off Bluetooth on all of the OTHER devices the buds are already paired with and then repeat the process with the new device. I had an issue when my phone Bluetooth was on (previously paired) and while it was on I was trying to pair with my tablet for the first time. Did not work until I turned off my phone Bluetooth first.

Not charging at all first time out the box, after initial charge. Red LED on car is solidly lit, and hasn’t changed after more than 2 hours charging. When I remove the buds out of the case neither will light up. Unfortunate.

Quick update for everyone who is having or had a similar issue: these have been great after figuring out they weren’t the problem the problem is there are two small white pieces of film over the battery contacts that preclude them from charging so just remove that and they should begin to charge.

The left pair will not connect idk what to do they are charged the case it self when green the right does what it should but the left turns blue and then won’t connect

My right earbud won't connect with my left one. I can't even get the right one's LED to go blue (to sync or show it's connecting.) Both earbuds' LEDs go red in the charging case as expected, and I left them charging overnight to make sure they weren't just uncharged. The left earbud works fine, I just can't seem to get the right one to connect.

I had both buds charging on the case overnight and the case shows a green light. Yet when I pull out the buds they show no light whatsoever. Even if I tap the button four times nothing happens.

*UPDATE* It’s really the silliest thing ever, but take out the ear buds, you see the little white things on them? Those are stickers you have to peel off, even though it looks like it’s part of the design. Skullcandy are absolute nimrods for not mentioning anything about this on the directions.

2 days I buyed Smoking skullcandy earpods. 1. It's got fully charged 2. It's got paired 3.while listening songs only Right ear bud is only working .left ear buds is not working while listening songs. These actually work really good for me what I did to fix the other earbud not working is just charge the earbuds longer for like 2-3 hours and it worked for me

Right bud is not working. When it’s in the case, it is charging. However once taken out, its blue LED doesn’t flash and it doesn’t pair with the left one. I bought it from Lazada Skullcandy mall from Malaysia. And I am in Bangladesh. 😢

Followed the steps didn’t pair. Dime-black was showing in my devices under bluetooth. Just pressed info next to dime-black, and forget device and tried the steps again and worked right away.

Just bought them today and left ear bud does not work. Skullcandy earbuds have worked very well in the past. So ill return these tomorrow and get a different model and hope they work. If not ill be very disappointed and will have to leave a negative review and other messures as necessary. Which i don't like doing.

If your left and right Skullcandy Dime are disconnected, skip all the other instructions: 1.Turn off paired bluetooth devices 2.Tap the button on both earbuds 4x (tap, tap, tap, tap) 3.They should pair momentarily. Once they stop flashing, connect to your device and test sound.

Hoping someone can help, when my buds connect to my device, there is a Beep and a voice that says 'connected'. This voice is way too loud, and I wish I could change these settings to lower the volume or turn it off altogether.

Stopped charging and then left earbud not at all working. After pressing for 4 seconds, both eardbuds will work but only for 4 seconds. The right one will continue to work however the left one dies. You put them in the case, none of em is charging. They are not even getting disconnected after you put them back in case.

This video seems confusing. The manual asks you to make sure your buds are fully charged before first use. When the buds are fully charged they don't flash red. However this video tells you to make sure your buds are flashing red before you remove them from the case.

I bought these and I can't even get past the part when it says make sure the red lights are on because no light comes on.. no matter what I do no matter how long I press the buttons nothing happens..
