Regarding snacks, I once invented the perfect hiking snack. I had dumped some trail mix in my food processor to chop it up into smaller pieces (for some reason I forget) and, as it would take a while, I walked away and promptly forgot about it. ...until I heard the food processor's noise change and I rushed back into the kitchen. What I found inside was a ball of dough; the nuts had been broken down enough that their oil was released, which the dried fruit pieces had promptly soaked up, tightening the whole thing up into a solid chunk. I had invented 'Trail Butter'! (Which also makes for a *FANTASTIC* gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. base for cheescake/etc.) You can stick some in a ziplock bad and just break off chunks and eat it as is, or roll it into balls/logs/etc. and dip it in cocoa powder/chocolate/coconut/etc. You can also roll it out into rectangles and use it like sushi rice to make rolled snacks. (If you make it and it is too loose, just add some more dried fruit. If too tight, add some more nuts.) Cheers!

I'm not seeing any buffalo chicken dip recipe dropped so I'll give y'all mine: -5 ingredients, substitute as desired: -2 12oz cans of chicken. yes, really, you can't tell. but you're welcome to use chicken prepared any way -1-2 cups kraft triple cheddar shredded cheese (or any cheddar mixture) -1 brick of cream cheese -buffalo hot sauce (texas pete or franks are good choices) -1/2 cup ranch dressing -Heat stovetop to medium setting. optionally, you can heat the chicken with a 1/2 tbsp of butter -chicken first; if using canned chicken, there may be larger chunks but they will separate while stirring -pour in buffalo sauce and stir together -pour in ranch and cream cheese at the same time; Because the cream cheese is so thick, I usually put half cream cheese in, stir, then pour in the ranch and then put the other half of cream cheese in -stir ingredients until mixed well and cream cheese is creamy and has lost thickness -mix in cheese at your discretion. The longer you let the cheese melt and the other flavors mix, the better the taste. -Optionally, move to lowest setting, stirring occasionally -turn off stove and let stand for a few minutes Serve with tostitos scoops or whatever you want really. I like fritos scoops and celery with my dip. Also, if you let it sit in your fridge for a day and then heat it up for leftovers... phenomenal.

I would watch Lou as Mr. Peanut with an 11 person Kpop band. That sounds so preem.

I watched this while eating oreos, waffle cut chips, and now a microwave single serving of sticky rice. This is dinner.

Did you know that birds in the family of crows have been discovered to destroy the anti-bird spikes, remove them from buildings, and utilize them in their nests. Sometimes for structure, using the points inward, and others for protection from other birds, discovered with the points outward! I’m not mocking Brennan, an enormous fan of his work; this is a fun fact about birds that I legitimately stumbled across and researched because I found it incredibly cool

The fact that I thought the bit about mr. peanut was going to fall through, and Lou somehow makes it the funniest fucking thing is why I love watching.

I nearly fucking threw up a stomach-full of full, dry, un-shelled peanuts. Oh my god, you guys are so funny.

The Mr. Peanut bit was amazing. I miss that level of losing your ish when you and a friend just start riffing on the most random stuff. Didn't know I needed that today, but thank you, it really hit the spot.

Brennan says, "I eat crows" and my immediate thought is, "Don't let them hear you say that!!"

I'm the Snack Mom Friend of our in-person DnD group. The last session I made jalapeno pockets, mini samosas, and baked brie with honey, figs, and pistachios with crostini to dip. One session we accidentally all brought stuff and we had multiple pizzas, multiple trays of muffins, brownies, veggie chips, carrots, hummus, and I forget what else. To say that we eat during session is an understatement hahaaa. You're valid, guys.

I love dropout tv. There's so much funny stuff, and this video is like 1/3 of the actual length of the full episode. Over 90 minutes of hilarious banter and useful gaming guidance.
