Hello JoriDiculous ! The holes drilled in the ticket give the first 8 numbers and the last two correspond to the city of your passport. To know how to correlate the holes on the ticket with a number, you should notice that there is next to the table (at 41:03 on the video) a ticket where 4 is connected to the first group of 4 holes. So when on a ticket there is a group of four with the one at the top left which has a hole in it, this corresponds to the number 4. Then in the files we look for the one which begins with 4 (41:14 in the video) and we can deduce the other figures. Have fun !
