Hi! Hope you are doing well! Totally agree on the sentiment that the HS-8 is a bit harder to program compared to the newer Electones, and the sounds are a bit dated by today's standards, especially the preset AWM pipe organ (which is a bit weak in comparison with even the ELB-02, we just replaced our trusty HS-8 with one earlier this year) but the sounds were really ahead of its time, especially for 1987, and with the right registrations and programming, you can even make it sound close to a newer Electone. Kudos on your D-Deck journey!

That's a true story... unfortunately sometimes all those older models are not enough. For instance, I really felt that my HS-8 could not provide me with my needs and expectations anymore. That's why I moved on.
Well done i love it teacher😊 Προσπάθησα να το πω στα αγγλικά

Amazing, but why you don`t try to get a STAGEA ? Its not possible to purchase ? only in JP ? This title on Stagea would be better sound 10 times more, caused by the better samples and possibilities i think

Thank you very much! I already have a stagea ddeck but this was my last project on my old HS-8 before I sold it! I wanted to show its amazing features despite its age.

@@dimileo I personally prefer how older 80s and early 90s home organs/keyboards sound because I really like that lofi vaporwave type sound. It sounds a bit like my Yamaha Porta Sound keyboards in a good way.

@@LittleRichard1988 I agree, it is all about the different tastes! I personally find myself more keen on newer keyboards but I still get fascinated by those retro machines! hehe
