My new Easter appetizer! All my family is a cheese family! We all love cheese, I have for years bought them made at a Greek bakery, this year I’ll surprise them with the homemade ones, Thank you!

I thought of you recently bc I took off my grocery store blinders and saw some Greek cheeses that you've mentioned, and thought how lucky I was to be 1/2 hr from someplace that sells them!

OOOOH MYYYY GOOOOD! So incredibly delicious. I made them the other day and they were so good, so yummy. I ate 5 at once and had tommy discomfort afterwards but it was worth it. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention enouph to your clip and froze the rest without buttering them and the first layer cracked. I hope it won't matter when I bake them another day. Thank youso much, Dimitra. You are so clever and make awesome dishis🥰🤗

Yummy. The market where I buy spanakopita also has these, but they weigh 1/2 lb, and they're not guilt-free, so I rarely buy thrm.

An honest question: why do Americans not pronounce the letter H in herb or herbs and call them erbs?
@Goldenhour249 ай бұрын
The same reason we don’t pronounce the H in honest. Call it a mystery of life 🙂

For the same reason the French don't. Herb comes from the old French word "Erbe" meaning non-woody plant. The Latin influence changed the pronunciation in the 19th century. *The more you know*

Hi Dimitra. I think your recipe for the tiropitakia is backwards for the cheeses. In the video, you had 1.5 pounds feta and 1 pound ricotta. In the recipe, you have 1.5 pounds ricotta and 1 pound feta. I'm pretty sure the video is correct. Love your recipes.

I don't like feta so my caregivers are going to try to make these using brie (my favorite cheese). Won't be greek but I bet it will be good.

I don't get why you changed your format. Might as well read a cookbook or go to a generic website. Too bad, because the reason my family watched you was for your natural unspliced video.
