I made this a few days ago, it turned out beautifully and the flavour was amazing. You really can play around with the herbs to your liking, it’s a very forgiving recipe. It really has a homey comfort food quality to it.

Same exact with me that I use the leftover phyllo from the artichoke phyllo tart to make the samousades and my phyllo kind of dried out lol, but I used it anyway

Great recipe FYI County Phyllo dough is not available in any store or online this is a very difficult ingredient to find will have to use regular.

I bought that pan such a long time ago. Found it on salt at Marshalls...lol It is a Gruppo Pintinox. Never heard of the brand but I use it very often :)
