Im from Corfu and it's the only place in Greece where on top of the regular ingredients, tzatziki, tomato, onion, fries ect they add a tomatoey sauce usually spicey and every souvlaki place that does pittas has their own unique recipe of that sauce.

Dimitra my daughter loves you, she always tell me, " 'D' doesn't do it like that..." lol. She was excited that you commented to her a few weeks ago, she is 12 and a really good cook but not a willing cleaner. Here's a fun idea, you should do a post video cleaning to show good cooks have to clean too lol 😂. BTW my niece looks like a mini you, she's part Indian part Greek, and my daughter always reminds her of it lol. Great job, channel keep it up.

This had to of been a greek way of doing it. That was a different way of doing the skewers from beginning to end. Very GOOD. FYI Note: the skewer of tomatoes. (LEGIT) Skewer possibilities. Mono skewers. And when you were talking about keeping the greens away from the meat, I was thinking of why not putting a version of a sofrito and olive oil sauce type of thing on the greens (before cooking) instead of separating them. But after you were done cooking, that was one FAST way to put the pita together.
