Dimitri plays so clear it is unbelievable!!! I heard him live in miami and he just left me in awe with this toccata. The 16th note counterpoint against the main motif of the piece is so clear. I do not know how he does it. The intervallic line after the introduction of the second motif has very well placed accents. I also love the bartok pizzicato that he added; it reminds me of Leo's Sonata. This is the best interpretation I have heard besides Alieksey!

kabe con madre que subiste este video... me toco ir a ese concierto! sin lugar a dudas un concierto que no podia creer... emocionante de principio a fin... y al final tocó la de un dia de noviembre y se paró y se fué del escenario caminando tocandola! fué un toque bastante bueno jajaja increible ejecución de las piezas de todo el concierto! saludos!

why does this piece work for him ? Because you can't stop a joyus player no matter what. This mans face showing the joy , and his playing showing it too. pray he doesn't find out what an electric guitar is. if he did our gooses would be cooked.

Dimitri plays a guitar by the German Maker Dietrich and he uses Savarez strings on it.If you like his playing as much as I do... go to his web-page ... There is a link to his brilliant CD "East Side Story" which is absolutely worth listening to.

es muy bueno pero muy bueno!! pero concidero personalmente q el compositor de esa piesa es mucho mejor! este es muy buen ejecutor es increible l maner a d tocar y es muy joven a demas

Muy bien, exelente, solo que siento que ese tipo es muy exagerado con sus movimientos y su expresividad a la hora de tocar, pero eso es solo mi punto de vista, no cabe duda de que ese tipo es muy bueno..

It's amazing performance, however these Savarez Alliance trebles sound horrible on this guitar.
