Kyrgios has one of the most powerful strokes in tennis and a powerful serve :D

This is a great camera angle. Gives you a good feel for the amount of power and action they get on their shots.

I wish tennis could always be viewed from this vantage point. I hate the way we are at the mercy of a tv producer for all sports television. Hopefully that will change in the future
@alanchong75138 жыл бұрын
You are totally correct. I would watch way more tennis if TV coverage gave us more of this behind the player view. I feel like I am part of the match!
@MBasaar8 жыл бұрын
what the heck are you guys crapping about?..Kyrgios FH is superb and quite appealing especially the backswing as he makes it seem like pulling/loading an arrow with the racket head poiting forward instead of vertically upward to the sky like majority of pro..this is quite pleasant to watch and the angle is awesome and opens one's eyes to lots of work on the game

+AlColonel I think when it comes to Kyrgios, many are unable to separate disliking/hating a person but acknowledging/respecting skill and talent.

YOU WANNA say that again?? that about GRIGOR Sorry but GRIGOR won the Brisbane International beating 3 top 10 players including the number 5 in the world. Right now... Grigor is going to the semi-finals in the Australian Open !! out of 120 players he is in the top 4 finishers, whereas Djokovic and Murray are out long ago.

Is it me or is kyrgios's legs thinner than most tennis pros? it seems like he would become a lot better if he worked on this legs.

+SteelyGlinter Sorry friend who say that a tennis player has to hit the forehand in just one way? All good pro players, Nadal, Federer, Djokovic, Wawrinka, Gasket, all of them have different strokes and that's the beautiful part of tennis. You cannot say that about Kyrgios he has a killer forehand and he hit it his own style and feeling. There are no rigid rules for hitting the forehand or backhand as well that's why this game is so attractive .
@overtherainbro8 жыл бұрын
+Claudio Prado SteelyGlinter said his forehand was sick as in it was really nice lol. You misread his comment
@claudioprado3898 жыл бұрын
overtherainbro Well maybe I misread his comment sorry friend. Are you a tennis fan like we are? Best regards

+Claudio Prado you sound like your high saying friend so much. also, there are some pretty bad forehand and backhands. it's the other parts of the players game that makes them a pro. Gasquet has a very bad short forehand, backhand and serve make up for it. Gulbis has the worst forehand, big serve makes up for it. Feliciano Lopez has the worst one-handed topspin backhand, so he slices it and serves and volleys. tons of other players like this. Kyrios has a forehand that's gonna kill his wrist and elbow in the future. Are you even a tennis fan fatso? Best regards motherfucker... you know shut about what makes this game beautiful.
@tonyngo27238 жыл бұрын
+Claudio Prado also, if there were no rules to hitting strokes, I'd do a two handed forehand and backhand. I'd be an awful player and if everybody did that we'd all be fucked. it's how you use the technique taught that you can be creative on.
@DavidmGoetz6 жыл бұрын
Yes, Kyrgios's forehand is pretty solid. His backhand works, but it relies too much on his arms--specifically his dominant arm. I recall the story of some hockey team being super impressed at Bjorn Borg's slap-shot off the left wing, which was, of course, due entirely to his proper use of his non-dominant wing on his two-handed backhand.
@Lil76729 жыл бұрын
love kyrgios game, somewhat reminiscent of Tsonga but with better backhand
@Alexandahls9 жыл бұрын
I think he's more reminiscent of Roddick. Especially the forehand. Plus he's got a big serve.
@MASSCAL019 жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree, his style is like Tsonga, and Roddick also!

Love nicks FH, allows such easy topspin and nice for running to a short FH where he can get lots of whip on the ball, been trying to do the same myself since my strokes are quite flat.
@aleksk41517 жыл бұрын
GRIGOR DIMITROV is going to the semi-FINALS in the Australian OPEN !! out of 120 players he is a TOP 4 finisher so far. Only 4 players left! Murray and Djokovic are out long ago. So give some credit to DIMITROV you doubters

Even though I dislike the two handed backhand, I think Nick Kyrgios has one of the best I've seen and I'm a Rafa fan. This guy could be great if he only had more focus, he needs a good coach. Becker did a lot with Novak, he could transform Kyrgios into a grand slam winner.
@ngocnong7 жыл бұрын
who do you guys think is more talented?
@gregce49229 жыл бұрын
Tsonga?
@pabloprado11019 жыл бұрын
Yes Kyrgios's forehand is double bend but it's so efficient as the straight arm it's just a matter of styles if you can notice Djokovic has a double bend FH and he is number one and his FH is nothing but terrific ain't ya.

Long live the one handed backhand-the most elegant stroke in tennis-Lendl, Federer, Pat Cash and Justine, Graf, Navrilatova, Mauresmo-all beautiful one handers-forgot Sampras
@alanchong75138 жыл бұрын
The one handed backhand is now getting broken down by the more powerful double handed backhand. It's days are numbered.
@3pointmvpshooter30008 жыл бұрын
+Alan Chong Dominic Thiem. 1 hander.
@alanchong75138 жыл бұрын
+Manny PacquiGo Bjorn Borg and Jimmy Connors were the first to show the advantage of the double hander. Chris Every for the women's. It's changed tennis forever. Dominic Theim is not going to change the trend.
@alanchong75138 жыл бұрын
+Manny PacquiGo Tennis, quite boring nowadays. Endless baseline rallies. It was way better when Borg was No.1 and McEnroe was 2. Connors at 3. Diverse styles then. Unreal.
@3pointmvpshooter30008 жыл бұрын
+Alan Chong There will always be players that are willing to use the one handed backhand, it's the players preference.

@syedhaniraza9 жыл бұрын
clearly dimitrov has problem with heavy top spin.
@Shankar-Bhaskar6 жыл бұрын
Hsi S It might seem so, but I feel the conservative old school eastern grip can easily manage heavy top spin with good footwork. Dimitrov has a beautiful, extended elbow, straight arm forehand just like Federer and Del potro. Its a rarity in today's game.
@deportesextremos73035 жыл бұрын
Where did kirgios learn to hit the forehand????? i mean the ugliest and the most strange forehand in the world....
