Look who's back!!! So happy to be uploading today's vlog :) This video is a day in my life vlog as a small business owner down at the Jersey Shore! I own 4 Spin and Fitness studios, (Stride Spin and Fitness, Stride Sea Isle, and Stride Avalon) where we offer Spin, Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Dance Cardio Sculpt classes. I show a bit of my social media influencer backend day to day work like podcast editing (Manifest with Tori DeSimone and Let Me Call my Mom podcast). We took a walk, made a healthy quick and easy delicious dinner, and had some girl time! Thanks for living my day with me :)
