Unacceptable Behavior by Management Ruined the Experience I recently attended a wedding at Diamond Crown Banquet in Karkardooma, East Delhi, and while most things were okay, my experience was completely ruined by the behavior of Mr. Sarabh Gupta, who seems to be either the manager or the owner. His way of talking was appalling-it felt more like he was threatening the guests rather than addressing them respectfully. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry, where guest comfort and respect should be the top priority. Instead, Mr. Gupta’s tone and attitude reflected a complete lack of manners and professionalism. His conduct was not only disrespectful but also made the environment uncomfortable for many of us. To anyone considering this venue: Please be cautious. While the venue itself might be fine, dealing with uneducated and ill-mannered people like Mr. Gupta can completely ruin the experience. I strongly urge Diamond Crown Banquet to train their staff-starting with Mr. Gupta-to understand the basics of hospitality and respectful communication. To Mr. Gupta: If you are indeed in charge, it's time to reconsider your approach. Hospitality is about humility, warmth, and service-not arrogance and dismissive behavior. Rating: 1/5 stars.
