Mutton Chukka
Ingredients
Mutton - ½ Kg
Gingelly oil - 3 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder
Pepper - 1½ teaspoon
Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon stick
Dry chilli - 3
Cardamom - 1
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Chopped shallots - 150 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1½ teaspoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt

You can not go wrong with this recipe. Amazing taste. Always turns out great. Super simple and easy. No intense chopping just grinding the spice mix that's all. Super quick

Mam such a beautiful recipe.mam 1:58 u added one and half teaspoon of blackpeppr and 2 dried chilli for half kg of mutton.mam is not too spicy🔥🔥?mam plz rply me if i take 1k.g of mutton then how much black paper and,red chilli should i roast?

No mam...it was not spicy ..n moreover it depends on the chilli we use...for 1 kg you can use 4 dry chilli n 3 teaspoon of pepper
