Dingo fence trip

On 13 July 2023 we went to the Strezleki Track to examine the new dog fence being reconstructed to keep Dingos out of the southern sheep grazing areas of Australia. This fence stretches 5300 kilometres from the coast of Eyre Peninsula to just West of the Great Dividing range level with Brisbane. The fence has been failing as it has aged and I wanted to see just how good the new one is. One of my ex students, Geoff Thomas, is managing the reconstruction and he assisted this trip.
