Nice music as intro of the vlog. Wow, there were lots of "makan-makan" ranging from laksa Terengganu, ikan goreng celup tepung and that amazing meal at the iconic draw bridge. A great experience for you, lvana to make those laksa noodles using that traditional laksa noodle maker. So sweet of Steve to praise lvana when she said the laksa noodles were made by her. Shout-out to you, Steve for liking the laksa...up another level, good job !!! Shout-out again to Pak Cik ( the laksa noodle maker ) Jackie and her team of MOMC. 6:03 Is the laksa suppose to be less 'soup' or gravy, or is it based on your preference? Personally, I prefer my laksa to be 'flooded', if you know what I mean. More gravy for me to slurp on.

Laksa can have a lot of gravy and also less gravy. But the interesting thing is that only in Terengganu, we eat laksa with our hands and usually the sauce is put a little. About the same as spaghetti sauce. But even if I eat with my hands, for me I like a lot of gravy. 😊😊
