At 2:02, as she's leaning over the saucepan, I swear it sounds like she spits into it. Am I crazy?

Now, he's an actual food scientist because he has degrees, along with doctorate in Math and Physics, culinary degree, he created the cooking lab and modernist cuisine. He's a food scientist to extract knowledge about food and science from.

The dynamic between them and aged nature of this video is subtly hilarious. This is going to be parodied by the future equivalent of vaporwave or YTP in the 2040s.

@beijosparavoce I agree - it sounds more like a lecture than a conversation. I'm sure the outtakes of the video would probably probably hilarious/awkward

Some off moments in the video. She didn't fully follow Nathan Myhrvold's expertise of scientific cooking. Nathan Myhrvold is an outlier. Great man!

Firstly Im a fan of Nathan Myhrvold! How he's used his money and influence to help everyone learn more about food is mightily impressive. But hes not a fluid craftsman behind the stove, he just doesn't look comfortable handling food. Not sure why he doesn't employ a chef to be the hands so he can just narrate.
